Just what I needed to build my noodle arms strength! It was tough but still doable(still struggling), great to add in to my arm practice without overly challenging poses/movements that i can’t do right now!!! I love the new addition of the express schedule, perfect for a busy or lazy day!!! Thanks Marina!! Ps. The stretches in the end just felt soooooo good!!

Week 4, Day 1, Part 2 😁Oh wow, I think this is my favourite class so far! So many new great practises to strengthen the arms. Love the elbow drop, love the sequence with downdog/plank/handsforward/handsback/plank/downdog, it's fabulous!💪Also love the drop from dolphin into spinx and slight lift of the elbows, it's brilliant 💟I'm still trying to become friends with modified downward facing dog...🥀But what a fantastic shoulder stretch on the stomach, love, love, love it! 5 🌟's to you Marina 👏, thank you!

Week 4 day 1(II) Done. The sequence was tough for me as my arms are not that strong. Was not able to do the dolphin pose. But I felt very good to the parts which I was able to do. Thanks Marina 💪
This was tough for me at some points, somehow made it ! Had to stop for a minute rest at 18th minute ! But honestly, after completing this practice, my arms felt even more confident. And I can't thank you enough for these Amazing Practices. Day 1 of week 4 successfully done ✅
