Day 5 of Yoga challenge. I should say that my abdominal muscles are not so strong. But I 've done this short practice several times and I really start to feel power in my core. Never tired of thanking you, Marina!

Day 5 of week 2 is my FAVORITE!!! They are some of my go-to videos and am so happy to do all three today! I remember trying this video as one of the first ones of yours ever months ago and couldn't get through it without a lot of breaks. It's a breeze now and each time I do it now it reminds of how much your videos have helped me to get strong!
Week 2 Day 5 (workout 2) done!! My upper abs is so weak that I find crunches is the toughest in the practice ! Love the warrior 2 side crunch!!! Need a lot more work on my core but feeling strong during the plank hold! Thanks Marina

My abs are really on fire. I thought 10 minutes would be short but wow this video really felt longer that i thought it would. Downward-Facing Dog really saved me haha
Found my newest favorite core workout! I nearly died halfway with the side plank, it's my weakness lol! This was intense and a much needed core strengthening. thank you for this Marina :)

Losing balance is so normal !! but...what can help is more intention through the feet ! Sometimes we think only about the body parts that need to perform a movement and we forget about the foundation. Strong active legs will help your core and upper body movement !

Hello Fairouz ! Yes you have done an absolutely right thing. Before we do backbends it is great to activate abdominal muscles and then stretch them out in a backbend. This is great thank you. I can fit this in after my sun salutations today. My physio recently told me that I have weak glutes, are you also able to do an intermediate yoga inspired strength workout for glutes, quads and hamstrings?
