    Day 5 of Yoga challenge. I should say that my abdominal muscles are not so strong. But I 've done this short practice several times and I really start to feel power in my core. Never tired of thanking you, Marina!

    I've been practising with for 7 months, using your weekly schedules. And this is the first time I didn't have to skip a couple of repetitions in the middle of a short intense video because of getting dead😁
    The phrase "ten more times" doesn't scare any more, I feel so much stronger! Thank you, Marina!

    Day 5 of week 2 is my FAVORITE!!! They are some of my go-to videos and am so happy to do all three today! I remember trying this video as one of the first ones of yours ever months ago and couldn't get through it without a lot of breaks. It's a breeze now and each time I do it now it reminds of how much your videos have helped me to get strong!

    Week 2 Day 5 (workout 2) done!! My upper abs is so weak that I find crunches is the toughest in the practice ! Love the warrior 2 side crunch!!! Need a lot more work on my core but feeling strong during the plank hold! Thanks Marina

    Wow! Another amazing practice. I wanted to do quick core workout to burnout my core after my main workout and this delivered. You are so strong!     First one of day 3! I have to admit I lost my balance a few times during this one. The warrior II side crunches are hard!!

      Losing balance is so normal !! but...what can help is more intention through the feet ! Sometimes we think only about the body parts that need to perform a movement and we forget about the foundation. Strong active legs will help your core and upper body movement !

    Thanks to u I'm getting better at these core exercises 😍😍😍 I didn't know when to practise them exactly, I mean should we include it daily in our training? Like forexample today I had to practise with u back bends (the intermediate one), and because I always like to try yr classes I started with this new video then the back bend one, dunno if it's right though 😯

      Hello Fairouz ! Yes you have done an absolutely right thing. Before we do backbends it is great to activate abdominal muscles and then stretch them out in a backbend.     This is great thank you. I can fit this in after my sun salutations today. My physio recently told me that I have weak glutes, are you also able to do an intermediate yoga inspired strength workout for glutes, quads and hamstrings?

      sure you will !!!!!! Just keep trying. Take breaks (as many as needed) and try to finish it. It is short. Next time one break less !!!

    After five months I finally did it all just skipped the last plank hold because i got exhausted 😑😂hopefully i will get better at it 🤞🏼

    I'm sorry Marina because i got misled the other video and this video for challenge day 1. I realized the cover i just practiced is different when i want to move to the 3rd video. So here i am admit my mistake 🥺🥺😭
