Mangrove Park has been removed from PDC plan. The lot has become part of the new industrial Cassia Technology Park. Linear Park is limited to where earth work is being carried now. Sadly Penang government is repeating its own old mistake of not reserving enough huge green park for public use even in new townships. Instead they simply convert green to industrial zone for profit.
Well, stand on both side to view will get another thinking . There’s always a choice of which is really more important at this moment for the future. It make a lot of sense while targeting foreign investment to come in and create more job opportunities , let more ppl to come in instead of build a super good park but actually don’t have so much population to use the park . No perfect , but compare with Island and mainland , I personal felt Gov did much way better than previous . Still a long journey for Batu Kawan, let see 😉
I think government are putting a lot into this area. Demand has high chance to be more than supply. Especially since its affordable right now with 1000 sft condos renting between 1800-2200. In future if got holding power, i feel high possibility of that can go up one. The companies nearby are mostly all high paying industries after all!

fajar already signed MOU with pdc for medical hub city...not sure when will start the real agreement. can you bring us to see the PDC cassia cempaka location? terrace 625k.... and vortex industrial park which is BKIP 3
Yea hopefully will green light this time . But anyhow medical is 3rd or 4th stages of Batu Kawan development . Need time is for sure . cassia cempaka is not in CBD of CASSIA , it will at PDC housing zone which somewhere near stadium . BKIP 3 is somewhere behind the stadium , I try to share in next Batu Kawan episode .😉

因為燃油是易燃易爆物,安全作業的要求很嚴格,所以一間新油站投資回本需要很多年。簡單的說,賣油本身是不賺錢的,扣除高昂的維修和安全管理費用,車流量少的油站都可能虧錢。況且EV過幾年更加普遍,燃油車會很快減少。現在投資者開什麼油站已經不重要,反正也沒利潤。重要的是必須要靠drive thru 和合作便利店的租金。賣油只是要把車主引來商店食店消費罷了。
