- Vertu Resort 位于威南部，毗邻第二座桥，是BATU KAWAN 这一全新总体规划开发的主要住宅组成部分之一。工业，商业，住宅，休闲，教育等所有组成部分均已规划出最佳布局，与槟岛现有的发展需要去迁就的过往市场恰恰相反。
VERTU RESORT属于ASPEN第一栋在BATU KAWAN完成的公寓项目，可见得他们是有花心思去打造一个好印象提升买家对他们的信心。以RESORT为标题一点也不浮夸，除了房子的LAYOUT比较一般，单位比较多以外，其余的环境，设施都让我忘记自己是在住家还是酒店，相信你们在影片里也有多少感觉到。当然如果想要亲自去到那里感受一次的也可以点击一下的LINK跟服务人员安排。
需要注意的一件事是开发项目四周依然会在发展当中，也许入住当儿会有些工地吵杂声，但发展商必尽力解决了这一问题。另一个值得讨论的问题是槟城人要从槟岛上连根拔起搬迁到该地区，也可能为时过早……毕竟对我而言BATU KAWAN或许还需要3-5年让它成熟下来。 嗯，这完全取决于买家的接受度，但购买在这片土地最低的进场点可是完全认可的。

Friends who want to buy here, please think twice before making a decision. I deeply regret buying here. While the facilities are beautiful and the environment is pleasant, if you plan to live here or use it for occasional relaxation and swimming, I recommend against it. The management here is extremely poor! When my husband and I wanted to use the swimming pool, they told us he was a visitor and couldn’t access the facilities. This is truly unfair! Should each person need to buy a Vert* house just to use the amenities?
After arguing, from the moment I entered the facilities on the 8th floor, two security personnel kept monitoring me. They watched me swim, use equipment, and even when I was in the shower! It’s disgusting. The security staff are foreign workers, and they enforce rules like wearing swimwear to enter the pool. Being scrutinized by others like this is very uncomfortable. Today, I felt humiliated and offended. I felt like a criminal. I’m extremely disappointed with the management here

i wonder what would be the selling point for the in-between units (eg. units overlooking each other).. hmm..
The pool view is nice as well , unfortunately the echo of the surrounding area will be loud when most of the units move in.

想要购买这里的朋友请三思而后行，我买在这里之后非常的后悔 的确设施很漂亮 环境也很美 但如果你是要住在这里 或者像我一样偶尔回来游泳放松 请不要买！这里的management非常的糟糕！我和我老公要进入游泳 他居然说我老公是Visitor 不可以使用设施 这真的太过分了！难道我们需要每人买一间Vert*屋子才可以用设施吗？
争执之后 从我进入8楼设施楼层开始 两个Security一直监视着我 ，监视着我游泳 使用器材 甚至是Shower都要盯着我看！太恶心了 Security还是个外劳 要进入游泳池还规定穿泳衣 还要被外人这样盯着看 真的很不舒服 今天我感觉被羞辱 被冒犯 我好像没有犯人一样，对这里的management极度失望。
@@Camiekate95 明白你的感受， 其实很多公寓都会有这类似的的问题。 我也是从小住公寓长大的， 经验告诉我单位越密集的公寓意见越多，问题越多是在所难免的，毕竟人人都有不一样的想法。
另一个可以做的就是加入管理层，让你的意见被发表出来， 当然同时也需要花时间去聆听其他屋主的意见。
@@micrealestatetalk 我很失望的是当初要我们买的时候说的很好的，结果带亲戚来 不可以 带食物来吃不可以 现在连我和我老公要游泳也不可以 也许他有他的理由 但我每个月给那么多Maintainance fee 不是为了得到这种对待 还监视者我们真的很过分 我们是房主不是犯人啊 真的太失望了

What is the maintenance fees? And for the facilities like Karaoke room have any charges for booking?
is about 0.22psf , so low right? Its because got to divide into 1200++ units to share all the facilities .yea i think they will need a several charges/deposits to book for the karaoke and of them~
