Very helpful guys. Thank you! I have a 2022 Outer Banks on order and would like to add the Baja GOAT mode. Here's a question: If you enable a GOAT mode that normally operates a component that you don't have on your particular model, front locking diff, or sway bar disconnect, for example, will it still work for everything else?
I also wonder, let's say Rock Crawl mode software expects the differentials to be locked, hence maybe it will not employ electronic braking control to deal with wheel spin? I'm just wondering about aspect such as that. I wonder on a Base with no lockers, what is really the best mode for dealing with slow speed rock crawling type trail work, in terms of wheel spin.
Excellent job again, guys! Adjusting the tire size for speedo ie to '33s/34s etc or turning off bambi mode on the lights would be great to see a demo for. Great content!

I'm sure there are reasons why they don't include those GOAT modes on certain models. My guess is because your vehicle is probably missing certain components to complete that mode.. things like having an electronic disconnect for Rock Crawl mode and front and rear lockers, and you have the 2.3L and the Baja Mode is designed for larger engine sizes and LIVE Fox Suspension which includes computer tuning and also opens up the exhausts modes that most models don't have. The New Raptor Bronco has all modes because it has all of the above. I wonder what having it one of the modes you added does without having the components to go with them? When you guys researched it, did you look into that and see how it may affect those modes? Appreciate the video.

The current, higher-level Bronco trims (e.g., BL, WT, FE) all have the Baja G.O.A.T. mode enabled from the factory with 2.7L engines and Bilstein coilover suspensions. None of those trims have the 3.0L engine or LIVE Fox Suspensions on the Bronco Raptor, so those components are not necessarily required for Baja mode.
