The glow of the amber around toward the back is really cool, but overall I like the black better. They really are cool and make your Bronco stand out. Awesome addition. If I ever need wiring done, I want you to do it, very skilled and the end result is professional/OEM, not shortcuts or other BS. Great job.
Really A+ quality add-ons professionally installed. It is truly unbelievable how one person can be so creative and talented at every aspect of content production and pulls all of it off every three days… by herself. Thank you! 👍👍👍
That bar with the lights looks wicked, and that whole catch can setup including the plumbing and that custom bracket honestly looks like it was there all along. Amazing job!
Could you cut the tabs off the amber lens and fit it behind the black grill and then you have the best of both? May be cost prohibitive but would look cool.
Lost my mind when you revealed the aux switches, cool AF. Those lights and the install is practically OEM, real professional job. I think the amber covers would look cooler if you painted the tabs gloss black to match the rim of the of the lights.
The "link" in the upper view of the frame has become a feature that I look forward to in each video. I actually do something similar when I answer the phone. Brings a smile to the caller every time. Please keep it up.
Great call on the catch can , the ideal lighting would be with the addition of a 4th light . Move the outside ones as far out as possible and have two in the center . Put the amber cover on the outside lights and clear in the center wired on a different switch . This will give you amber for dust and inclement weather also cornering . The center clear will add to your down the road forward lighting .
That harness you made for the lights was better than factory, because you made it. You know what's in it, and how it's been routed. As always, you never fail to amaze me with your eye for detail and your never say quit attitude. Great video, Sarah.
I prefer the lenses with the guards. They match the grill so well but you can't go wrong either way. Seeing the cool mods you are doing on the Bronco makes me want to go out and buy one now!
I don’t really do comments but….Amazing choice with those PIAA lights!! You have great taste. I was praying to the light Gods, please don’t let it be a light bar!!! I like how the Bronco is coming out!
9:39 If thats electrical tape on the end of your braided line connected to the existing factory PCV fitting, I would suggest using shrink tube instead. It will last much longer.
It’s actually F4 tape, it’s a product I used a lot in the Air Force and works similar to heat shrink in a way, but without applied heat. It’s designed for applications like this.
For the front PIAA lights, would look sick to have just one in middle with dust cover and leave the side lights black. IMO. Also, when you get your winch, if you use the amber ones, I would get some amber colors in your winch to tie the front color scheme together. Again, IMO.
Sarah, Keep the original guards on the lights, the crossbars, font location and design is why they are a match for the front of your grill. Save the amber covers for wheelin' in the snow. They don't reflect off the snow, making the lights more effective, should yo find yourself in the snow at night.
Made me smile...your bracket design, thinking to maintain the arc of your grill when installing your fog lights (attention to detail in selecting fog lights)...dremeling and painting your drill holes, chafe protection for your wiring, etc. - love it...you are as compulsive as I am when working on your vehicles. Nice to see someone else as motivated...great job.
The more I see those wheels on your Bronco, the more I realized you have much deeper insights into what looks good than I do. Nice work, Sarah. BTW - Amber.
I won't argue. Wish you were here to help me with my 1971 ribside whaler. I just realized my work is not up to par. Boat spend lots of time in the salt environment. I need to perfect my system. Thanks for the motivation.
Love your attention to detail to make it look factory. Nicely done. I prefer the lights with the bars vs amber but both are super cool. Nice hood struts since Ford couldn't afford to put them on a 50k+ truck. Great video👍👍
Just a thought.. What if you took a strip of amber plexiglass and put it behind the PIA letters across the center of the fog lights.. Or even an Amber strip of tint .. This would tie in with the shape of the turn signals... You did a nice upgrade..
So many parts for Pokey! 👏🏻 Those PIAA look fantastic! I vote to keep the guards on. I know the amber is different but I prefer the white. This is supposed to help you see better so keep them white. 👍🏻 Always enjoy your vids! 👍🏻😎

Catching up on your bronco vids since my Big Bend came in two weeks ago! As a designer, it's great to see you using a designer's eye when it comes to adding the upgrades! Cheers.
Looks amazing Sarah! I too am torn 50/50 on those lights. In the "off" state, in an illuminated area like your garage, I think the black grills work better. But, in the "on" state in complete darkness, those amber gels will look amazing. I guess amber would have a slight advantage for the oncoming drivers, too, on those occasions you forget they're on. Love the pseudo-factory cleanliness of it all, and kudos to Ford for making the wiring so easy. Props to your catch can sponsor too! 👍️
18:43 Knowing that you're almost 6' tall, this truck is really huge - the hood is up your... uh, chest line. P.S. those fog lights look dope as is, because the grids match the grill so well, so clean, like they're naturally supposed to be there. Amber covers are very nice, but they clearly look artificial.
Hey Sarah, The Catch can and the wiring job awesome as usual👍 the lights looks great. It’s hard to decide between the amber and clear what if you did Amber on each side and left the center clear kind of the best of both worlds wonder how that would look. Just throwing ideas out there another thought what if the two outside amber lights came on with the running lights and just the center with the auxiliary switch. have a great one as always🐧🐧🐧👍
Nooooooo!!!!!! All three should be clear with the black guards. A mixture of covers would just look too weird. Alternatively, fitting an amber film to all three lights while retaining the black grills and PIAA text would also look nice (although I’m uncertain if the amber would aid off-roading in AZ like they would in snowy climates).
I absolutley love your videos. You provide the right amount of entertainment value to keep people watching whiel also providing important information that may not necessarily be common knowledge. Thank you for all that you do.
What if you got a couple of sheets of Rosco photographic gels and cut them to fit the lenses? This way you get the color you want, and keep the grills over the lights to match the grill of the Bronco. They have a dizzying array of colors to choose from, but the one called CTO (Color Temperature Orange) is a pretty standard color correction filter used in photographic lighting that will make those LEDs amber. They are very heat resistant. Pro photo strobes are crazy hot when they fire. Best of both worlds... Orange under the grills.
You kept calling them "fog lights" and I was wondering why you were mounting them so high. The purpose of fog lights is to get under the fog which is why they're mounted low on vehicles. Then I looked at the box in the video again and see that they're actually driving lights which should be fine where you have them.

Small detail you might want to try put a little yellow or orange tape on the end of the catch can drain tube so it will catch your eye when your doing an oil change so you will remember to drain it
I have spent my life off roading all over the Southwest and Baja. The amber covers will not give you near the light output at night in the desert as the clear will. It depends if you want to use your rig in the desert at night or use the amber on road.
Go amber! Point the two outer ones mid-low outside & center strait forward ubt few degrees down. AKA Headlights 0deg straight, put L&R equal 10 out 15 down start but center one 5deg below main headlights forward
