we have 7 trees here in tucson area in 4th year. 4 Li, 1 sugar baby and 2 chico. the chicos were bare root. great tasting li and sugar. the chico tastes like apples.
@@wesmiddaugh230 Same with me. I finally figured out that if you spray them with kaolin clay the bees won't touch them and it doesn't harm the bees. Kaolin clay also repels other pests. I wish I'd figured it out sooner, before they nearly decimated my jujubes and grape plants. But now I know.
Depends on the type of plant, who grew it, and the native soil. Usually for a 5g deciduous fruit tree grown in the right soil, in very heavy clay you need about 1 cubic foot
