Living in the cold aint easy but it makes you mentallly stronger. Also its great to workout in the cold and go for a run.
This is why the Packers have a homefield advantage in december/january. A lot of teams from warm weather climates aren't as tough.
I always like living in cold weather it really makes me stronger.
It makes you mentally tough because you have no choice but to adjust to the situation. Which is extreme cold. I live in constant cold weather and to be honest, screw it all lol. I’d rather be somewhere warm. And I disagree, cold weather work outs suck ass. Lol sorry to say.
Tried throwing boiling water over my head like what Kiun did, realised that the weather wasn't cold enough.
Trick is to try throwing it over someone else's head

I don't feel like going outside today where I live. It's -30°C. I can't imagine it being twice as cold outside. (I live in northern Sweden)

The coldest temperature i have experienced in Greece was -12 to -14 C a few years ago, though the lowest temperature ever recorded in Greece was around -30 C. In my city everything was frozen, from the waterfalls to the rivers and the fountains. I cant imagine how cold is -30 let alone - 70.
last time I was in greece it was the end of september-the beginning of october. I was so surprised I could walk around in a bikini in 18C (in my country it needs to be at least 25C for that) & the locals were already in big coats organizing wood for the cold days😅

17° was the coldest it ever got here in South Texas. And that was in 2021 during a Winter Storm and at night. During the day it reached 27°.
