I thought your tea sandwiches were so creative and look very tasty. Also you have such a pleasant personality that I really enjoyed watching your video! 😊
I just love your channel! I can not begin to tell how helpful you are for me! I’m planning my daughter’s wedding and it’s a complete DIY. We are making the food for 200 guests and these videos are so helpful! Thank you thank you thank you for all that your doing and I hope you can continue to inspire with your wonderful channel!❤
You are so welcome! I'm so happy to hear you're finding the videos helpful. All the best for your daughter's wedding, I'm sure with some simple forward planning it will all go well!! Have you seen our Finger food party planning video?
I stumble by accident in your channel! You are a very gifted chef and teacher! Thanks for all what you do! May God bless you to keep giving you more wisdom! thanks for sharing your knowledge with us!
Im gonna make the cucumber sandwiches for my vow renewal ceremony. How long does it take the bread circles to thaw so you can actually work with them?!!!
You can work with the circles still frozen, they will thaw within about 20minutes depending on your climate. Have fun making and enjoying some of your own ☺️
That's Kiwi ingenuity for you. My little creations are: red salmon, mayo, alfalfa; chow-chow pickle, mayo, cheddar; beetroot, mayo, egg - real mayo sometimes for this one. And, good old marmite, cheddar, and lettuce.... easy-peasy😊
I have a video suggestion. Salads? I make a lot of packed lunches, and struggle with salads, both packing and serving them at the table. Mine are kind of boring. I’m sure your’s are not! 😊
You are inspirational and enthusiastic. To you it may not be a big deal but I admire your passion for sandwiches. I tried a couple of your ideas for my man and he loves my sandwiches. You are right, they are easy but detail is essential:)
@EasyPeasyKitchen yes, I tried to cut up some fruit in a hurry but my old ways got in the way. So I watched the video again for next time to see where I went wrong...soon I'll be the fruit expert too 🍐 🍈 🍉
Some fine dining dinners in the making at the moment. I also have some fine dining entrée ideas already posted and a bacon wrapped steak with mushroom dish 😊
You can use any type of bread. A slightly thicker cut (in New Zealand we get one called toast slice that is thicker than sandwich slice) is nice for the single layered sandwiches, or a thinner cut for the double/triple bread layers otherwise it gets a bit too bready.
Thanks for your comment. I find the 16" piping bags are a great size for most things. Have a look at our website shop to see the ones I use 😊. www.easypeasy.co/shop/
Most of the fillings in this video are vegetarian ☺️. You can use eggs, gherkins, avocado, roasted capsicum, tomatoes, cucumber etc there are so many delicious vegetables that work well on sandwiches ☺️
@@EasyPeasyKitchen Thank you so much! I'm making these for the tea sandwich par tea of my granddaughter on Sunday! You're very creative and thanks for the tips on freezing the breads ahead of time! More power to your channel...😀
No, I have never had the bread go soggy or loose it's taste. I often use frozen bread even for school lunches because it defrosts very quickly ☺️. I freeze the bread fresh and keep it well wrapped and use it within a month or so.

Yes, a basic sandwich does have 2 layers of bread with the filling in between. If we want to get technical - Tea sandwiches can be closed or open-faced. Open faced sandwiches have a single slice of bread with the fillings on top 😉

Awesome Awesome……. Please suggest the type of breads to use ….. is it Sandwich bread or any simple loaf of bread ???
You can use any type of bread. A slightly thicker cut (in New Zealand we get one called toast slice that is thicker than sandwich slice) is nice for the single layered sandwiches, or a thinner cut for the double/triple bread layers otherwise it gets a bit too bready.

About 2 inches ☺️

Can you tell me where i can buy those toothpicks as i make a lot of club sandwiches and i want to use them thank you
Hi there, I use these ones from Amazon. They're so versatile 😊
You can find them via my shop - www.easypeasy.co/shop/
Great sandwich ideas -I will try making some
I have 1 question. If you use frozen bread, doesn’t it get soggy/lose its taste unless you toast it
No, I have never had the bread go soggy or loose it's taste. I often use frozen bread even for school lunches because it defrosts very quickly ☺️. I freeze the bread fresh and keep it well wrapped and use it within a month or so.
Absolutely delightful presentation; I'm going to use these ideas for the King's Coronation tea-party.
That's so cool, enjoy your King's Coronation tea-party 😊
How far in advance can we make these sandwiches? Thanks for all the good info.!
If you keep them wrapped they should last a good few hours. (At a push, over night 😉)
Love it!😍
Thank you! 😊
🙏🙏 U r just amazing
Hi, do you also add mayonaise to the avocado?? I'm a student and i am task to do some tea sandwich and i thought that maybe avocado will be a good choice
Hi, you don't need to add mayonnaise to the avocado, but you definitely can. It's delicious either way.
What is the best way to keep the finger sandwiches fresh for 3 -5 hours before serving?? Thanks
Just lightly wrap them and keep in the fridge. Or put a damp tea towel over them.
@@EasyPeasyKitchen Thanks!
I thought basic sandwichs had minimun 2 layers of bread. Didn't know they were sandwichs with just one slice
Yes, a basic sandwich does have 2 layers of bread with the filling in between. If we want to get technical - Tea sandwiches can be closed or open-faced. Open faced sandwiches have a single slice of bread with the fillings on top 😉
@@EasyPeasyKitchen nice. Something new I learnt today
Yay, we're all always learning new things 😀
Thank you, they look lovely especially the last one how clever is that. I hope they taste as good as they look.👍 I’m sure they will. 😉
I have a tea party for 100 people what can I serve instead of sandwiches? Any tips how to make sandwiches in advance?
Thin bread for sandwiches
Either or, depends on what you're making. If it's multiple layers a thinner bread is nice.
Yay 🍓🍵🥪🌸🕊️
Thanks 👍
These were beautiful! Just in time for my Coronation tea party next weekend! Thanks for sharing
