i have 2 Citica reels. they were the best reel for the money back 5 or 6 years ago. they still work great!

Sweet! The oldschool Bantum Citica looks a lot like the Castaic I have! Haha these reels last forever when you take care of them man it’s so cool. 🎣😎🤙🏽

fish the slx and the curado mgl love that 150 size pick up a couple of the slx 70 mgl to give a try this year think they will good also maybe a couple more of the 150mgl curados. also still use the 200 e7 they rock!!! thanks for sharing.

Question, I’ve been trying to decide between a Curado 200k dc or the 300 k. I have some experience with a bait caster. Is the 300 only for bigger baits? I enjoy using crank baits, jerk baits, jigs, bladed jigs

Yeah the 300 is gonna be too much for all the normal size baits it’s really best for big swimbaits. 150-200 size is the way to go for all the main techniques. 🤙🏽

Aliexpress and save money. Slx xt less than the US price on the slx lol. It takes longer to recieve but legit shimano and much cheaper. I had a chance at the new bantam mgl for 145$ recently and that's a 350ish$ reel lol.

Hahaha yeah that’s pretty crazy they do have some stuff cheap, some of the listings can be tricky though too, but yeah man I got this bfs rod from there once lol and it took like 2 months to show up 🤦🏻‍♂️😂 Sometimes I will get JDM versions of Shimano reels from Digitaka, very legit, usually half the price of the American versions, and they deliver within 5 days which is pretty cool. 🤙🏽
