How are those shortys compared to "cow udder only" without those attached to it? Quieter with them on? Sounds better with them or pretty much same?

Sounds much better! The shortys add more of a raspy growl and slightly more of a lower note as you rev and especially on the overrun. Definitely worth the £!

Also just redirecting the sound will give you a better riding experience. The ebay listing says 110db which is dangerous to ride at.
