    Goddamn. . Robbie is immortal.. to move like that at that age. . phenomenal. . his character, words, how he presents himself. . many out there can learn from him.
    That's how I aspire to be if and when I reach that age.

    Mike, you are my favorite physique star and I truly admire all your hard work and your positive perspective on life. Now if you just admit what you are taking and pass some of that knowledge along to us mortals I think you will be admired even more.
    I mean just what are you taking, is it safe and are you noticing any contraindications or side effects from your heavy use over the years.
    Not a hater I just you to be straight with us.

    5:13 I laugh when people say front squats only targets quads lol come on here you can see how it targets everything, my hamstring have grow more with squats than with leg curls, the front or back squat works everything around your legs, glutes, hamstrings, adductors, quads... Even calves

    When I squat I can't keep my chest up, I almost turn it to a deadlift form and I feel it all only in the glutes. A huge amount of stress and fatique in the glutes.
    I do smith machine squats and leg press instead as a primary strength and building excercise. I hope if I could do power squats accurately. I do not want my glutes to overgrow.

      Keep your wrists aligned with the elbows and maybe go wider with your hands to relieve pressure on the elbows

    By the way, if you are not a pro athlete don't do squats especially if you are over 6'2 like I am. Remember Dorian Yates did leg presses and never squatted. And he had pretty good legs.

    I shy away from squats and dead lifts because of bad lower back two bulging dics I use belt and do machine curls and extensions Any suggestions I feel that I am not making any gains and at my age of 64 I feel legs is very important seeing so many older men with walkers ect and suggestions?

      I'm 59 and do goblet squats, higher reps with lighter weight. Concentrate on slow and good form.

      dennis didomenico, try the leg press machine, start with light weight but gradually increase the weight over time as you gain strength in your legs.
