    Can’t believe the amount of negative comments this man receives on his vids. Hands down the most informative in his industry. Can’t wait to train once the gyms open back up in the UK so I can put these upper chest tips to good use.

      It’s because they can’t get in shape and cry steriods at everything it’s sad my mate is natty Australia champion and he’s bigger than me and I used to take test (I don’t get on with anything else and don’t see the point I. Anything else ) and he has never my arms got to 18” his 18 3/4
      I also knew a natty black guy who had amazing genetics next to no fat and massive cut arms

    Mike is like a book about “how to lift and be perfectas it”, I might be a beginner, but I’m learning a lot more here than in any other Chanels about lifting. Absolutely respect for this legend.

      Yeah. He is saying it all right. And don’t need to lift heavy. Just get the form right. And just lower slowly. You will get a good burn. And muscular look

    Man, Mike is sounding like a true philosopher. I love how he validated my knowledge and let me know I’m using correct form. However I try to stick with dumbbells. The high necks feel amazing and I used to do them till I got hurt, I’d only do it on smith. I need help with my injury. My shoulder feels like it’s going to fall out of socket. Great tips, thank you

    Started focusing on the upper chest doing more incline for in the last 9 months since i first heard you talk about this. Seen a lot of improvement in the way my chest looks. Thanks for the info Mike.

      Yea I've decided to do more upper chest recently usually I do 2 lower chest 2 upper exercises now I'm switching to 3 upper chest and 1 lower better for me since genetically chest is a weak point

    robby is a legend he really is i grew up in the 1970;s i had a bodybuilding book with him in it i would look at his picture while i worked out the guy is incredible shape

    Mike I wish I had Social Media like this in the early 90’s when I started Training I’m 47 now and I train so much different I still lift Heavy but I concentrate so much on mind Muscle Connection you Taught Me So Much about Training Thank You Man I Appreciate you taking time to educate people to train the RIGHT WAY

    I haven’t done flat in just over a month, my chest actually is starting to look like a chest!
    As soon as my incline hits what I was flat benching I’ll start a lil bit of flat bench

      @Scott Grudziadz you’re on crack cocaine for sure. Big Coleman was way better and just looked all around way better in every possible way. Results speak for themselves. Plus Coleman was much bigger which is always an added plus when competing in bodybuilding. Size is always favored more anyways. That’s why body builders always look for ways to get bigger. Some of them can’t ever achieve size so they focus on what they have and try to make the best of it at their weight.

    Yes, a lot of us TH-camrs agree that cutting it down to 600 lbs squats helps us get a better pump and maintain form when we try it and leave our darn ego at the gym door. ;0 7:31

    I am confused... you said to NOT do the high neck form with elbows out but have them almost close to ur lats pressing up as u press up on incline. You said to make it like the flat bench press. Plus, u don't sound like your motivational self in this video. Other videos with ur Titan crew you're more non scripted and looking directly at the camera rather than looking away all the time.
