Thanks Mike for bringing Mr. Robby Robinson on the channel to provide us with more great tips. Amazing to see Mr. Robinson at 72 yrs young still getting it in at the gym. Great to see
Can’t believe the amount of negative comments this man receives on his vids. Hands down the most informative in his industry. Can’t wait to train once the gyms open back up in the UK so I can put these upper chest tips to good use.
It’s because they can’t get in shape and cry steriods at everything it’s sad my mate is natty Australia champion and he’s bigger than me and I used to take test (I don’t get on with anything else and don’t see the point I. Anything else ) and he has never my arms got to 18” his 18 3/4 I also knew a natty black guy who had amazing genetics next to no fat and massive cut arms
Mike is like a book about “how to lift and be perfectas it”, I might be a beginner, but I’m learning a lot more here than in any other Chanels about lifting. Absolutely respect for this legend.
Yeah. He is saying it all right. And don’t need to lift heavy. Just get the form right. And just lower slowly. You will get a good burn. And muscular look
72…..wow, my uncle just passed away from covid he was 79 and he had a similiar physique as Robby, great diet, always moving never stopped god bless you look amazing
What a gem, it's amazing to see an old school legend from the golden era still throwing it down and showing us amazing techniques to this day. Also Robby Robinson showed up!
I love going back and watching the old videos. Mikes a one of a kind teacher in the gym where you visually see yourself doing it right with the right form
Mike you’re an absolute legend and I’ve been inspired by you for many years. I seriously don’t think there’s anyone in the industry with your level of longevity. Incredible
Mike your a great man, Love the Information and the thought out approachment to teaching. Although you have probably explained this many times. We all appreciate it! Robby damn! Love your consistency
Man, Mike is sounding like a true philosopher. I love how he validated my knowledge and let me know I’m using correct form. However I try to stick with dumbbells. The high necks feel amazing and I used to do them till I got hurt, I’d only do it on smith. I need help with my injury. My shoulder feels like it’s going to fall out of socket. Great tips, thank you
Started focusing on the upper chest doing more incline for in the last 9 months since i first heard you talk about this. Seen a lot of improvement in the way my chest looks. Thanks for the info Mike.
Yea I've decided to do more upper chest recently usually I do 2 lower chest 2 upper exercises now I'm switching to 3 upper chest and 1 lower better for me since genetically chest is a weak point
Wow what a treat, Robbie Robinson and The Titan, 2 industry ICONS and true Ambassadors of the Lifestyle we all live and love Bless up from Brooklyn NY 🙏
You the man Mike I L - O - V - E your info Im into my 7th year of lifting (martial arts more than 10 years - so Im versed in training overall) now Im starting to see the details you point out You re one true master sir, thx and much much respect to you, and the ,young' gentleman Robbie
robby is a legend he really is i grew up in the 1970;s i had a bodybuilding book with him in it i would look at his picture while i worked out the guy is incredible shape
Thanks so much for these videos, great info and super useful, been doing weighted calisthenics since October cuz gyms in my country all closed but can't wait to get back in there with those tips in mind, thanks again for what you do 👍💪
I devote the next year to listening to mike ohearn hes natty 4 life and a rare breed i want it.. i want it alll mike my minds a sponge spew knowledge into it
Mike I wish I had Social Media like this in the early 90’s when I started Training I’m 47 now and I train so much different I still lift Heavy but I concentrate so much on mind Muscle Connection you Taught Me So Much about Training Thank You Man I Appreciate you taking time to educate people to train the RIGHT WAY
Wow this is just what I needed to see. I'm suffering from an impingement right now. Good to know that I can still work through it without loosing gains. Great video Mike!!!
THESE ARE THE BEST MASTERS YOU CAN THINK OF... thank you very much !.. I'm also 70 now and I'm making progress! inconceivable.. thank you for the good explanation of the exercises 😘☺😉
Guy's Don’t underestimate the power of compound exercises. Make sure you include them in your workout routine. They’re your best tools for maximum muscle growth. 💪💪XX
He thinks he is in the 70s. Remember the guy in the Pumping Iron movie? Lifting in speedos when lue fureango* was Lifting that heavy ass weight.. Robbie was in the movie too.
actually even if you never worked out for body building until you were over 50 you can achieve amazing shape and size if you have good genetics and mind set...
I don't know which is the most great moment in this video, look to how Mike train with their Friends, aprecciate how Robby train, or Robby's entrance to the video🤘🏻😂
I haven’t done flat in just over a month, my chest actually is starting to look like a chest! As soon as my incline hits what I was flat benching I’ll start a lil bit of flat bench
Like how Mike says near the end of the video (10:00) "leave the ego out of it" and you have a Red hair guy bouncing the weights of the floor while there is a film crew working. He is doing this in front of Super Heroes, Mike and Robby.
@Scott Grudziadz you’re on crack cocaine for sure. Big Coleman was way better and just looked all around way better in every possible way. Results speak for themselves. Plus Coleman was much bigger which is always an added plus when competing in bodybuilding. Size is always favored more anyways. That’s why body builders always look for ways to get bigger. Some of them can’t ever achieve size so they focus on what they have and try to make the best of it at their weight.
Yes, a lot of us TH-camrs agree that cutting it down to 600 lbs squats helps us get a better pump and maintain form when we try it and leave our darn ego at the gym door. ;0 7:31
I am confused... you said to NOT do the high neck form with elbows out but have them almost close to ur lats pressing up as u press up on incline. You said to make it like the flat bench press. Plus, u don't sound like your motivational self in this video. Other videos with ur Titan crew you're more non scripted and looking directly at the camera rather than looking away all the time.
Thanks Mike for bringing Mr. Robby Robinson on the channel to provide us with more great tips. Amazing to see Mr. Robinson at 72 yrs young still getting it in at the gym. Great to see
This is exactly what I needed to hear. Thanks a lot, great to see a Golden Era legend Robbie Robinson too, still amazing.

Mr Robinson is almost 75, 1 year older dan Schwarzenegger!
Guy's Don’t underestimate the power of compound exercises. Make sure you include them in your workout routine. They’re your best tools for maximum muscle growth. 💪💪XX
These two are unreal
Mike seems like a cool and genuine guy.. Solid video
Mike always on point 👌 🤔 and Robby wow living legend 👏💪
Robby kind of sounds like Darth Vader 😂
Explained it so well . Love him
Why is that guy in underwear working out in the gym? 😂
Perve.
Its easier to digest the duck eggs if you work out in underwear
Girls do it. Why not us too.
Bruh, it’s in California. Be careful the one in the underwear may identify as something other than a guy. New world order...
He thinks he is in the 70s. Remember the guy in the Pumping Iron movie? Lifting in speedos when lue fureango* was Lifting that heavy ass weight.. Robbie was in the movie too.

Mike is ok , whatever he does is his business, people need to stop judging, he tries to help with his knowledge, and that's enough for me
The Black Prince….one of my IDOLS 😳💪🏿
Your spotting Robby Robinson!
Robbie also has an extraordinarily strong voice, dark timbre, youthful and fresh

Роби Робинсон -Это вообще Шедевр !Человек -Легенда!
I haven’t done flat in just over a month, my chest actually is starting to look like a chest!
As soon as my incline hits what I was flat benching I’ll start a lil bit of flat bench
Robby looks awesome at 72 his body still looks like 20 he’s got muscles not even flexing👍
what genetics. The man can still gas to the gill in his 70's, still have his hair, n not have a heart attack no less. A specimen.
Robby Robinson's deep voice is like 60 years of HRT
Mike: Don't flare elbows on the incline. Impingement.
Robby: Flaring elbows on Smith Incline.
OMG love this tip. Going to use this guaranteed. Thanks Mike
You just help me to see I been lifting it wrong .I'm try your way .
Робби Легенда! Спасибо за видео.
Robby could be a blues singer with a voice like that.
Thanks for the tips Uncle Mike
Two of my favorite natties.
Getting boring now pal.
@@peternagy-im4be How so? Not many people know that Robby also claims natty. Which is even crazier than Mike's claims.
@@The-Esoteric-One Wrong again. Robbie spoke about his steroid use with Ric Drasin a few years back. Mike is a lifelong natural bodybuilder.
this video should have millions of views

Amazing video! I’m inspired to do slower reps, less weight, and more incline
Very good advice, thanks!
I like to use a slight incline.
9:45 had me laughing! Great lesson/advices tips from Mike O hearn. " Tomorow is promised to no1"
Gotta love Robby
Like how Mike says near the end of the video (10:00) "leave the ego out of it" and you have a Red hair guy bouncing the weights of the floor while there is a film crew working. He is doing this in front of Super Heroes, Mike and Robby.
Robby is fucking awesome.
Good morning great video just found it in your channel.
Reverse grip incline baby for feel
Lightweight super slow and controlled while won’t get you stronger for heavier weight, can give you one hell of a pump.
Beautiful video, lifting legends
Beautiful video. Love the content
@Mike
Please a video for shoulder pain, impingement.
🙏
Robby still gots it.
Thanks Mike ' Have learnt some new Techniq '
This was a great tutorial.
Wholesome video.
Robby's voice is rad!
In my honest, humble, non bias opinion, Ronnie Coleman literally had the best chest I’ve ever seen not Arnold Schwarzenegger
