$4300 Schilke P5-4 Compared to $1200 Sizzle Andre Baroque Piccolo Trumpet #trumpet
The Sizzle Andre Baroque Piccolo is a piccolo I've been developing for the last couple of years trying to dial in the right sound, valves, and intonation along with price point.
I believe with this one I may have hit the buzzer and the bullseye.
Let me know in the comment section what you think as far as tone for both horns.

Really? That is not my opinion. Schilke is better but is it $3100 better? Nope. Let's see If I can get consistent quality with the Sizzle Andre Baroque when I purchase a few more of these.

The price difference vs tone quality matrix seems to favor the sizzle pic. If someone absolutely must have the top shelf excellent tone then Schilke.. But to get a good to very good sound that most (99%) people listening can't tell the difference,, than the sizzle horn will more than cover it.

Schilke has a better tone to my ear, but not $3k plus better...I know I couldn't outplay the Sizzle LOL.

My philosophy in life is to " HAVE AND NOT NEED" and that goes pretty much for every thing. Plenty of fresh water regardless of what is going on in government or natural disasters is the smart man's modus operandi!
