My Shiba Inu is nearly always off-leash and always comes when I ask him to. He was born wild and lived wild for about 8 years before I found him near death. He neuer got any training but does what I ask him to do immediately.
Teaching my shiba the basics wasn't too hard, did that when he was a puppy. But hit a brick wall with more advanced tricks, like rolling over or climbing up on objects like chairs.
You’re not supposed to put your Shiba Inu in a collar their necks are shaped differently and can escape it slips right off and they will run away if you take them off leash they can’t be trusted and will run away and get hit by a car sadly, keep treats to distract and train your Shiba Inu
