As a former employee of Disneyland, the churros served by Outdoor Vending Cast Members were frozen and shipped in from an outside source. No churros were made from scratch onsite at Disneyland nor CA Adventure. Weird how Disney released a recipe that doesn’t match what takes place in the Park. Maybe Disney World sells homemade style churros?!

I would have added some vanilla to the dough and maybe a little cinnamon too!
Vegetable oil is most likely used at the park, or canola.
Exactly what I was thinking, definitely add some vanilla extract, I'm sure their dough is a lot lighter, so send this over to Tasty so they can figure it out lol

What a shame not knowing the "dulce de leche" to put it inside
You can make it easily! condensed milk? you put the whole can to boil.... i don't remember how long but it's kinda long, maybe 2 hours? tada manjar or dulce de leche is born.
Ther eis probably a way to make it with milk or cream and sugar but this is easy and very tasty
Bárbara R yeah it’s about 2 hours but you could definitely cook for longer. It really just depends how cooked you like it. You also need to be flipping it around during that time period you are cooking (on it side, the top, the bottom, etc.) You also need to make sure that the cans are ALWAYS covered by the water so just have some already boiled water on hand so when you see that some of the water had evaporated just add some more!

Here in Spain churros are so different, the dough is kinda salty, and some ppl like them without any sugar outside just dipped in hot chocolate, not filled with dulce de leche or cream like other countries do (and are so great also ❤️). But I bet those are very good too. Churros are heaven in all recipes, shapes, and filled or not 🌷

I’ve only had churros in Mijas, off the Costa Del Sol, in Spain. There, they have a huge vat of oil, which they stir up & pipe the mix into a huge spiral, which they can then turn over as a single disk, when it’s done on one side, so that the other side can cook through.

When you called your sister and she said flour water and some sugar, that's literally the only ingredients lol that's what gets you that churro texture, churros aren't eggy I dunno why everyone's frying cream puff dough
