Post the 4-month mark following surgery, individuals are granted permission to commence jogging. Moving into the 6 to 9-month period of successful rehabilitation, one may confidently reintegrate sports-specific rehabilitation. Beyond the 9-month threshold and up to 1 year, individuals are encouraged to gradually reintroduce themselves to active sports participation.
