Sir 98 days pahle patela aur tibia ki surgery hui thi tibia mai plate padhi hai patela tar se band kiya hai aur ab leg jam ho gaya hai exercise karne per knee mai bahut pain hai aur leg load bhi nahi le raha hai kya kare sir please bataiye
