👀❤️ I'm about to make this right now your way! I was looking on the internet for recipes, I eat with my eyes! My eyes grew tired looking at them other pictures of pigtail. But when I seen your pigtail I knew this was the recipe for me thank you
As of today, I will be a first time cooker of pig tails although I've used many other pig bits. I am currently soaking my pigtails in salt and vinegar water for a couple of hours as I do other pig cuts. Not necessary?
Where can I find all your seasoning? I live in Central Florida and there is no international store near me. If you can give me the list of your seasoning I’ll see if I can find them online.

I like the recipe but instead of continually adding water why don’t you just let it simmer on low? this is cooked almost like oxtail
Thanks for watching. It’s just a personal preference, no right or wrong way to do it.
