After browning with seasoning and spices covered with water or chicken broth simmer until tender about two hours and you can eat them with any beans or vegetables they do dam good

You'll come back better using a spoon in tongues but I do mines the real old fashioned way add cooking let them cool then flour and drop them in the grease then put them back in the pot with the juice

Good eating I remember my lass.day working as a nurse with pigs on the farm - was before the world was hit with covid !. Pigs are actually some of the smartest, cleanest animals there are extremely great mothers 17 +- piglets we had had to nurse plus 3 full rooms with 20 + moma sows ....... Why are you wiping down with the same rag you dropped on the floor , then picked it up with out washing your hands.? Putting the rags in the dirty water in the sink, not good.
The towel that dropped, he put in the water and start using the other dish towel. As clean as his kitchen looks and the way he carries himself, it is probably safe to eat off the floor. Please! Why so critical! Awesome job chef!😋📣📣
