    Oh my God, that double leg lower ab extension and flutter just about murdered me. But hey I did all 500 reps and that makes me proud. Thank you for making abs seem at least a little less terrible.

    I just wanted to say that you’re the first person who has ever told me to tuck my head when doing crunches and it’s CHANGED MY LIFE! I use to have such bad neck pain from crunches and this fixed it!! Thank you!

    Okay, this one goes into the regular rotation for sure! I love the way you structure your workouts, it's easy to follow along without having to constantly rewind to see how to perform an exercise or check out what comes up. Really enjoyed the option to modify the last two rounds to change it up and keep it interesting! Would love to see more workouts, especially with resistance bands, and as for HIITs: How about SIX, Panic! At the Disco, Adam Lambert or Kesha?

    That was easy peasy! So, I'm gonna do this everyday for a month and see if i notice changes because this is actually sustainable for a whole month :)

    For someone who hates abs and loves tacos you've got such a slim torso lol ! Loved this, it's perfect to add on to a cardio video. I used to hate cardio but your dance videos have totally changed the game for me!

    After doing your 'death by leg day' workout on Tuesday and not being able to walk for 2 days, I'm very thankful for a ab workout without using my legs 🙈😂🔥
    And it loved it, time passed by so quickly (normally a 15 minute ab workout feels like forever to me 😅) and I feel the burn 🔥🥰

    How do you function the rest of the day ... and the next few days... after doing this??? I get weepy when I have to deal with pain after a workout. Does it stop if you do it on a more regular basis? Or am I just doomed to always be a whimp?
