What kind of inborn ingenuity was this man blessed with? The man makes some of the greatest adventure comics ever and acts like he didn't know how it happened! Mr. Rosa, even when you're retired, you never seize to amaze me. "It was an accident..."
Well, some people ARE blessed with abilities "from birth", like 4 and 5 year olds, who can play perfect piano or make super realistic drawings. I will agree with Mr Rosa, that every human being has the ability to learn a skill from hard work and effort, but some just are born with a gift.
You know, there are some suites here that would make the perfect cover picture to Facebook. I am ashamed to have that thought. I love Keno's work, and hopefully, my kids (if I ever have kids) will too. This man is so devoted, and he deserves incredibly much credit
He worked hard to learn to draw, but his storytelling abilities are obviously an intuitive ability of his. "I do it just the way I did when I was a little kid". Why doesn't he aknowledge that his storytelling gift is the reason why he is successful? His drawings are good, but secondary. I love Don's work, but here he displays "survivorship bias". It's typical for successful people to say that everyone can do something if they work hard enough. That's insulting to those who worked just as hard as him, but didn't succeed.
