Quick tip… when you’re stretching tape, use the sides of your thumbs, rather than the tips of your thumbs, to pinch the tape. That way you’re putting stretch evenly across the width of the tape rather than just down the middle of the strip, which means you’re taking advantage of the full width of the material’s surface area, and thus storing more tension (and so more support), plus that support is provided over a wider area.
I used two strips of duct tape and a strip of Mylar between (think sandwich) going in the same direction as shown in the video. Only my method only goes from the heal to the ball of the foot. And this was for heal pain. Worked like a charm, twice.
Awesome videos/tutorials as usual! 👏🏻
Thank you! Use this for my husband's foot. He says it helps alot
No problem!
That what I need for myself thank you so much for sharing
No problem!
thought KTape was more or less for
blood flow
as opposed to plantar support
I think the roll that I just ordered is just large strips. I can still use those for the second application, right? Just overlap a bit? I feel like my pain is in my heel and then on the side of my heel some so I'm trying to find the correct way to tape. Anything has to be better than the pain I've been feeling lately!
Yes you can cut the strips in half
I’ve seen many variations of taping method. How do we know which one is the best to heal PF? 😢
It’s hard to say really this is just the method I like
Wow! that looks cool 😊
It is cool!
It feels good
Please do one for traps and shoulders and migraine plssss
So what happens when your foot isnt flexed like that anymore? Like when it is just normal. I really want to try this for my heal pain.
The tension from the tape should stabilize the area
Thank you!! I am going to try this! @@massagewithmike
Does it heal on its own?ever?
I mean yah it just takes time
