I stopped my qigong practice. After my accident I can’t find anything I can do to fully to the extent it should be done. You told me if I couldn’t do it right find an alternative form to do. I have not. I still enjoy looking 😢

What can l do for herina to heal
Every time doing exercise or just a little moving around i get shortened my breath and feel like very tired
