I still find it absolutely incredible subaru doesnt have standard push button start and still has regular keys for a car like this lol
I believe the VB (2022+s) now have push button start as standard. I’m an old soul and prefer a turn key experience tbh.
@@NickyStrunz it's not that bad and some people do like the turn key it's just the principal of it that's crazy

Honestly I prefer The GoPro camera To be mounted behind The person driving It gives It a whole better look from The backside
So I have a few videos now on my channel here and I’ve tried the headrest mount. With the GoPro wide view, it’s definitely a bit more immersive in video. I now have mic’s that I’d love to attach to the intake box and exhaust and really make a nice video. I’m waiting for the weather to cool off to pick a day to create a more cinematic vibe. Check out my other mountain drive video when you get the chance and lmk what you think.

Thanks. The wrx is known for a very unforgiving 1-2 shift. You have to be at a very particular RPM to keep it smooth. I’m also not the best manual driver so mix of both of those :)
@@NickyStrunz Still it's must be such a pleasure to drive this WRX. I think the rev hang thing can be toned down with a tune (the rev hang is actually a way reduce emissions by burning more unused fuel as the air-fuel ratio spikes very rich when letting the gas off just before shifting (momentarly closing the throttle body reduces air inflow upon releasing the gas and momentarly increases richness. the rev hand is meant to leave time to burn this excess fuel for emission purposes but it's anoying). That can be tuned I think. Coming off a 2008 manual impreza 2.5i, I now own a 2021 STI, completely stock. Such a joy. But one day, maybe I'll have my dream car (1998 Impreza STI type R - 2 doors, GC8 chassis, around 2800 lbs, no ABS, IC spray... pure nostalgia). It’s pretty drony around 3-4K rpm’s. Considering sound deadening in the trunk.

R400 or the AWE Touring would definitely have less drone.

I miss living in this area. You took me back to my earlier years with this video. Side note, if you like Italian food, try Gencarellis. They have the best vodka sauce I've ever had. They're pizza is ok but I would always get spaghetti with vodka sauce. Delicious lol
