In this video I explain the symptoms and causes of trapped pocket of air in the cooling system. Some of the symptoms are overheating, temperature fluctuation and no heat from vent.

One thing that worked for my heat. I popped the heater core hoses off and a ran garden hose through one end and left the other end in a bucket. Alot of sediment came out and heat came back. That was a last ditch effort.
