The kind of person whom people follow not because he points at the horizon and yells "Follow me!", but merely because he calmly walks off in that direction? I imagine meeting Palpatine must have been like meeting such a person. Only amplified by a thousand times.
Imagine not knowing the difference between a protocol droid and a training remote. Did an AI write this or something? Because that's the kind of mistake I'd expect ChatGPT to make, not someone who's a Star Wars fan.
Its possible Palpatine can manipulate the force to create an aura that strikes fear into anyone who meets him as a deterrent
5:06 stormtrooper, stormtrooper, stormtrooper, bah bah bah.
Palpatine: Do not look at me!
Me: You look fine to me. It does not matter to me if you are scared. I got scars too. Nothing to worry about.
I think palpatine uses lightning so much that he actually exudes it on a primal level, that other beings can sense
Well he is an old man wearing a black Cape with yellow glowing eyes. And with a voice like that, I'd be scared too.
Ah yes, Imperial Task Force 99, named after Clone Force 99, the Empire’s own Bad Batch. Kreel was its leader.
lately the books and comics are lightyears(pun intended)better than most of the cinematic crap that’s coming out 😤
The Stormtrooper that accidentally saw another Stormtrooper that accidentally saw Darth Vader who accidentally saw Palpatine's face who didn't care.
this is basically what Vader meant when he said "The emperor is not as forgiving as I am"
SCAR squadron was really cool, i have the comics that these guys are from and i wish they made more about these guys (SCAR squadron is from the star wars 2015 comic series)
Did you just call those training remotes, “protocol droids”?..
3:21 the Empire being good guys
Well since we see him using a lightsaber he could be force sensitive and feel his force and actual presence like lightning.
custom characters in lego star wars be like
I have a feeling that stormtrooper had a slightly higher than average Midichlorian count and could sense Palpatine's power, and was awestruck by it without knowing what it was.
"I'm a stormtrooper to the core"
"Ahhh, therefore you want to use a saber because you're can't shoot. Very well then, carry on".
Thanks to you, we all now know about the legendary sergeant kuuil
I'm pretty sure that trooper was force-sensitive. The "living lightning" was sensing Palpatine's propensity towards force lighting as a weapon.
lol those are definitely not protocol droids 😂
After Vader finishes saying Kreel will never be Sith. Kreel starts doing the Vader choke pose from Ted 2 and his boys come out saying "let it go man come on".
It could be interpreted as palpatine saying, The Empire needs more troops like you, who ever you may be or are from. Thats how the Sergeant took it atleast. No Aliens though! Send them to the airlock. Ahahahahahaha 🍻
A living thunderbolt, quite literally considering *The Emperor* has force lightning.
Sounds like Cloud and Sephiroth.
At 0:32 "We see that three protocol droids were standing by set to maximum". Not "protocol droids" those were training remotes
A bolt of living lightening: the epitome of power
I wish Disney could could make even half as good stories & characters like this with their TV shows & movies.
It still blows my mind how bad they keep failing with even a simple story when they litterly have like hundreds & hundreds of books & source materials that are already done for them just sitting there collecting dust.
"living lightning" is a clear reference to his force lightning. Not sure how the sergeant felt it.
The writer of that comic is saying Palpatine is God. That is the way many who have seen God describe Him. Many different religions associate lightning with God. God is seen as the Source of Life and Death. The Hebrews put both traits in one entity. Other religions separate them into different gods. I tend to associate Palpatine with Shiva or Kali. (Interesting that his name is Sheev.) It is also the lethal power of the Ark of the Covenant.
Imagine going through life and meeting someone like that.
Dude i love kreel. Hes just so cool to me.
