- This is the only thing that made mine work. I'm sure they're other fixes but none worked because the problem was it was dead and not charging.

I show the fix for the left bud but I'm sure the same fix will work on the right one if it's the charging issue.

I cannot believe that worked! I really appreciate it. I thought that your video was just another run of the mill "disconnect your buds" style video but it wasn't. I spent all day looking for that and for it to just be such a simple fix, I called Samsung and they were going to charge me $108.
I'm glad it worked for you. Yeah I got frustrated when looking for help and stumbled on this messing around with mine. This is why I made the video.
This helped me out more than the other 6 I watched. You right, left-bud. And just like you said, I couldn't find anything that worked. You explained it perfectly! Just kept throwing the bud in until it stayed red. Came out working fine. Great video bro! And anyone else who looking for an answer, this the one.

Cela faisait 1 an que mon écouteurs gauche ne fonctionnait plus, je mettais résolu à les laisser dans mon placard mais je suis tomber sur votre vidéo et mes écouteurs fonctionnent à présent.

My right bud was not connecting, even though the light was green with only the right bud in the case. I did everything, even resetting and pairing them again and nothing. Were you taking it out and putting in for 20 minutes while it changed from red to green again and again?
Wondering how long I need to do this till I know it’s just not working (the buds were fine just yesterday 🥺)
Leave it in there for a couple hours. To see if it works

Wow. I haven't used mine in like a year bc I thought they were broken. IT WORKS IT WAS JUST NOT CHARGING. I had to clean all around the charging pin area for it to turn red at all. I can't even breathe on it without the charge disconnecting.. Tysm.

Also, your buds might have 2 different softwares, disconnect, update thru wear, reconnect to phone.

I just did this! I removed the right one and the light stayed red with the left bud in its place I'm gonna wait half an hour and update this comment

My right ear bud won't charge. It's at 62% and the Left one was 100%. I have the black version like your. What can I do to get the right one charge up.
Did you try this trick? If so, I'm not sure what else it could be.

I got the new galaxy buds live "bean" and this happen to me but even tho I was able to get the light to turn red the right bud still will never charge :(

Same bs is happening to me! Took the first pair back and got them again and still doing it smh
My earbuds are connected to my phone, but my phone audio and the ear bud audio are both playing and I don't know how to fix it, I've restarted it many times and it's not working.
What phone do you have? Check your dual audio. Maybe that has something to do with it.

Bro, I am facing an issue with the galaxy buds plus. In ear detector sensor can't detect that I have put my buds on ear. I am facing this issue only on my left bud. As in ear detection sensor is not working in my left bud, so I cant able to use touch sensor as well on my left bud.
I would be very grateful if you could help me.
I wish I could. I'm not sure how to fix that. The same thing eventually happened to mine, and I never fixed it.

I got the light to stay red, I left it like that over night with the case open and when it picks up one the messed up bud it says it's at 1% idk what to do 😔

I'm not sure what you can do. Maybe reset it but that's all I got. This is the only thing that worked for me.

Sorry to hear that. They're some other figs that might help you. I would look around.
I try everything possible still no lock and is brandy new I even bay another one

Not sure. Mine broke eventually and was done. So I hate to say it but it might be the same with yours. Keep messing with it though.
Sir plz plz make a sound Comparison Video on... GALAXY BUDS+ WITH SAMSUNG PHONE vs GALAXY BUDS+ WITH OTHER BRAND PHONE.... bcz many people saying it sounds better with Samsung mobile phone than other smart phone.

What if one bud works fine and the other is muffled?
I'm going through that exact problem now. I think it's a wrap for them. Maybe water damaged. I use them when working out. Can't think of any other fix.
@@inflewence I use mine just at home and to for a run sometimes. Water damage shouldn't be hurting them. I'll keep trying your fix until it works.
I'm not sure my fix will help the muffle. That's a hardware problem most likely.
Left ear bud stays red but doesn’t charge
That's the same issue I have. By doing various manipulations it showed up couple times as 1% charge and then nothing.
It disappeared from the galaxy wear app again and just stays red and nothing happens

Overall it’s a worst product…after 4 months my right bud get charge normal and works normal(gives 7 Hours) where’s left bud takes double time to get charge and battery finish very fast….I tried every hell of a way to make it right including been to Samsung store too…they said it’s normal…When full charge we starts using right side shows stills 70 plus % whereas left side is already 0% which is like 2 n half hours…
I agree. Seeing the issues I've had and everyone else has had, I would not recommend these. Mine are in the garbage. The ones that came after these have been great for me.

Didn't work at all! Frustrated! I tried resetting, left it on all night with red light on left side...nothing!
