As soon as I heard the word "appreciate" I knew it wasn't for you. Thanks for a thorough review. I will always have the Chanel's I own because they're generally well done, pretty and safe. Sometimes this is all I want.
Oh, I love this „Chanelinade”- the Chanel base.To me it smells like freshly opened make up with the scent of the plastic film on it- clean, powdery, synthetic🥰I loved smelling these Chanel Aldehydes during the Christmas season, when you would walk into the shopping centres and among all the scents you would distinguish the characteristic Chanel scent cloud straight away 🥰
Thanks for your honesty. I don't have your appreciation for gourmands and vanilla based perfumes. I love most Chanel perfumes, yet i agree 100% with what you say about their exorbitant pricing. Chanel have really become major eye gougers! When they dropped the EDT's in Les Exclusifs line, I felt betrayed and refuse to buy any Les Exclusifs. They ruined 1932 in the conversion to edp. Now it smells cheap! Really shame on Chanel. But your review was really great. The Coco Mademoiselle grouping all have that honeyed dry down. Though It's not as heavenly to my nose as the rose/jasmine/iris dry down that you get with all shades of No5 (except for L'Eau, which finishes with more of a musky note). Thanks.
Nice review! I tried this one last Summer wile strolling through a Macy's over the lunch-hour...but I'll be damned if I can recall what it smelled like since I forgot to write down my thoughts. I hate when I do that!!! LOL!
that signature Chanel aldehyde smell is different to my nose from one of their perfumes to the next, and I find I either love it or can't stand it! I love it it No5 and L'Eau and Coco, but it's absolutely REVOLTING to me in Coco Mademoiselle and her family (intense, edt) and Coco Noir. I think I can't stand it mixed with patchouli maybe? Not entirely sure, but something about it in certain Chanels just ruins them for me. I have samples of this coming, I'm curious to see what my nose brain decides :)
Another great review the only Chanel I now own is Coco but I won't buy again. ,...also I own Mademoiselle (who doesn't ) and for that reason alone I won't be buying that one again either!

I enjoy your reviews. Thank you for all of the energy you put into them.
I appreciate that!

According to the Chanel Website the 2.5 oz is $200.00 USD and they also have a 6.8 oz for $350.00 USD. Not too bad considering the line.
Do you have any?? Looking for my wife
