Happy Friday! I am so happy to share the stories behind Les Exclusifs de CHANEL fragrances. These fragrances are all very special to the house of Chanel. Which one is your favorite?! Xx
I love 1957. I sprayed it on me and after a couple of hours went back in and bought it. The more i smelt it as i walked along the more i liked it. Need to try some of these other ones now you've equipt me with more knowledge ;). Thanks heaps! Great review.
1957 has become my favorite scent to wear daily. It’s an absolutely Devine experience in of its self. It’s one of those scents that says “Yes, I am Chanel”!
This was so evocative, so addictive so seductive... sheer pleasure of a video ! Certainly a video taht requires to be seen several times to get all the details and nuances described and expressed ! Excellent video, indeed !
I’m so into this line, I’ve purchased Beige , Jersey & 1957. I received a sample of Boy and boy do I love it!!!! My next purchase will definitely be COROMANDEL
You are right about Gardenia. After purchasing this fragrance. I always compared it to other floral fragrances I smell. I love your videos and own Beige, Gardenia and now added 1932 to my collection. Love your videos 🥰
What a beautiful video dedicated to Chanel fragrances & the inspiration behind them. I love the way you describe each one and I always learn so much from these videos!! Thank you!!
I have never been into fragrances in the past but last summer while I was in Paris, I smelt Les Exclusives and I completely fell in love with these fragrances. I bought Beige and love it so so much! They are all Worth the money. Now I am thinking of getting a new one so this video comes so handy. And you are the best my Darling! As I read in a comment down below, you deserve the Oscar! I agree! Ciao from Italy
I was very fortunate to work with the Les Exclusif line working at Nordstrom South Coast Plaza. There are only three Nordstrom that carries this line. I’m super excited that you’re doing a tutorial on this amazing fragrance line! ❤️❤️❤️
That is VERY lucky! I didn’t discover them until after I worked at the counter. Of course, I could smell some of them in trainings but I didn’t get the chance to really appreciate them 💕
I appreciate this video bc there are only very few on the LE line. So thank you! I have worn all but two. I own Coromandel (my absolute favorite), 31 Rue Cambon, No.22, Beige, Bois des Isle and Cuir de Russie. Beige was a blind buy and my least favorite. All the ones that you didn't like or felt were for men were my favorites. 31 Rue Cambon is gorgeous on me and Cuir de Russie is incredibly floral on me with a backdrop of leather and very little tobacco. I appreciate the more feminine floral scents but I do not think women should shy away from any of the scents in this line. They are all very uniquely beautiful and sophisticated perfumes.
I absolutely love the Les Exclusifs line... yet so many fragrances among them I haven’t personally tried. Great & very informative video🌺 I also appreciate how the bottle is bigger than average & the eau de parfum format is perfect. I love 1957, they truly did smth special with it.
Wonderful video. I too love Beige, it’s such a versatile scent. I hope this doesn’t ruin it for you but it has a similar smell to Johnson’s baby shampoo.
You forgot blue for the colors of the house of Chanel 😅💙🥰 my favorites for the house of Chanel EXCLUSIFS so far are Beige and 1932 but I’m looking at Cologne and Bel respiro next and Jersey and Gardena are gorgeous but just jot bottle worthy for me 🥰💕
Beautiful video. I WISH to enjoy La Pausa, Beige, test Boy and 1932. I own Coromandel and it is yummy (my female coworkers state), very fall-winter, makes you feel cozy yet special.
Thank you so much for a lovely time together. All my life Chanel is my best friend, make me happy and confident !! Just love it!! Can't wait to see you soon. Have a great weekend ❤️
I used to wear the old version of Chanel #22 as my vacay perfume, trips to Maui, cruises etc. It was advertised as the perfect white flowers fragrance. #5 was my daily fragrance. LOVE Bois des Iles, and surprisingly, to my uneducated nose, 31 Rue Cambon smells like a softer version of Bois des Iles, but doesn't last on me as long. I just get sample sizes off of Ebay and Microperfumes nowadays. Can't afford the retail bottles anymore. I will have to collect a few more different samples now.
I love a lot of these. Sycomore will forever be sentimental to me because it's something that both my partner and I love. A wonderful consultant at the Austin boutique had my partner layer Bleu de Chanel and Sycomore together and they blend beautifully on him.
I finally got my Chanel Beige perfume last week. I took you and Cherayes recommendation of this product. It was a blind buy. I am loving this fragrance. 🥰
I just picked up Beige at the Bal Harbor boutique. I have to say it was difficult for me to decide between it and Gardinia! I had a wonderful time exploring each of the scents and the staff was so pleasant and helpful. I really enjoyed your video.
My favorite is Cuir de Russie. I also love Boy All the fragrances you spoke of are very special The SA was wonderful to tell me the history of each fragrance
I collect Les Exclusifs. The only ones I cannot get myself to wear is Bois Des Iles, Bel Respiro. My top 5 from the entire collection would be Sycomore (the most masculine yet mysterious, my favorite), Coromandel (simply Chanel’s most beautiful creation), Boy (the most wearable), No. 22 (the most comforting) and La Pausa (the most intelligent of them all).
Hi Erin! This was such a lovely, informative video ! I recently purchased 1957 at a Chanel launch party in NYC. I love it for spring/summer months because of the fresh crisp Neroli. We were told that the 57 stood for the launch of the Flagship store on 57Th street in NYC. I’m a long time collector of the Les Exclusifs fragrances and I own; Coromandel, Beige, La Pausa, Cuir de Russie and Bois des Iles, They each have their own distinct character & I treasure them all 👌😊
I'm having a bit of a Chanel epiphany. I've always avoided their perfumes because I really don't like Chanel No 5 and it felt as though whenever I tried them in store they had a note of whatever it is I don't like about that scent. Until I made a particular effort and started with the Les Exclusifs range. I was given some samples to take home, 1932 and Coromandel, as well as Coco, Chance and Gabrielle. I feel like I've been given a reset button for my senses. I've fallen in love with every one I've tried so far (just have Gabrielle to go) and now I'm stuck with the dilemma of which one to buy! My husband loves Coco, I love 1932, but I'm thinking I'm going to do some more exploring before I commit. Bois des Iles is the next one on my list and I'm intrigued by Misia. I'm wearing Coromandel today and it's stunning as well. And feel like I've just stumbled onto a very expensive habit!
Awesome video Erin. I have 1932, Misia and Jersey. I've had these a few years now. Jersey was my absolute favorite and I went through it in no time. 1932 is a great day to day scent but I am dissapointed with the staying power. I mixed it with coco mademosiselle intense on the weekend and it gave it much greater depth. Misia is a fragrance that suits the cooler periods, absolutely magical but not good in summer. I really would love to try chanel 22, from your description it sounds beautiful. Gardenia sounds like a wonderful summertime fragrance. Overall, if I had to have one perfume out of all, I would be happy to choose Jersey. I could never get sick of it. It makes me feel so good and the lavender is very relaxing.
@@ErinNicoleTV I will have to wait till my birthday. Just a shame it's so expensive. I really love it but in the end I don't see anything that makes it stand out like any of the rest. Do you know of any perfumes that are similar to jersey? I'm looking for a good everyday lavender musky scent
Hello Erin !!! I have smelled Beige and Boy and they are really unique. I can't wait to smell the rest of them so i can decide which one i love the most. Generally Chanel fragrances suits me very well so I have high hopes for these fragrances. Great video👍🥰
BTW, I went to my local Macy's a year or so ago to see if I could smell some of the Les Exclusives, and their Chanel "sales expert" had never even heard of them, looked at me like I was crazy. I did smell Chance Eau Tendre, liked that, but never have been in Macy's since.
I came here for a review of a single perfume but I am so impressed with the genuine information you’ve provided. This was extremely well done!! Now I want to smell gardenia! ;)
I always appreciate your providing the history and inspiration behind products. I feel the name and story of anything is important to understanding. As a newcomer to makeup, I've purchased a few fragrances after smelling and trying them until I know I like them. I don't know flowers and woods and can't discern individual notes other than food-based ingredients so I really appreciate your opinions and explanations on how these perfumes evoke a special sense memory.
I purchased the Les Exclusifs coffret set last year and got to sample the perfumes not included in the smaller set in a Chanel boutique. I went on to purchase Boy and Coromandel full size and plan to eventually purchase Misia and Beige later on. I love Sycomore but it doesn't work on my skin very well (same with Cuir de Russie). I find the entire line is unisex, yes, even all the light florals.
Thank you for making this video. I absolutely love Chanel fragrances. I have almost all of them including the Discovery Set of all the Les Exclusifs. 🖤
I highly encourage you to wear №18 a few times. I swear you gonna be addicted to it. That’s what happened to me. I have most of the Les Excluisfs and this one is just out of this world. But it needs to get some time to be appreciated.
I smelled pretty much all of them in store and I bought my first one. I chose 1957 because that was the one I kept going back to the card to smell. I love Beige, Misia, and Gardenia too. But 1957 stood out. I will def go back to buy the other ones.
Such a lovely video 💕 love this Chanel perfume collection very expensive but wonderful I’m planning to purchase gardenia it’s my favorite out of all of them
What a beautiful video. Wonderful descriptions and I love the extra videos of the book from the store. Bonus is the history lessons of Coco Chanel! Thank you!
@@ErinNicoleTV Howdy! Pardon my language, but what the **** is the name of that book you are using there? I might be interested in looking it up, thank you.
Based on your description I think I might like Misia. Based on your earlier Chanel fragrance video I discovered Coco Noir, which I love. I just received a sample of 1957 with my last Chanel order. I haven't tried it yet but I have a feeling it is not for me. I do not really enjoy Chanel No. 5 or the newer version of No. 5. I don't enjoy a real powdery fragrance. I am drawn to Oriental florals for the most part. Thanks for another information fragrance video. Looking forward to more.
Thank you so much, I loved your review of all the exclusifs..I’m interested especially in the Beige fragrance. You have given me a wonderful review on it and so much more..😊👏👏🙏💗
I bought Beige … it is very soft light fragrance, a bit too light for the price. I also bought the body cream on which to layer the fragrance to make scent linger longer on tour skin…it didn’t help. It’s hard to resist not wanting a fragrance named Beige, with all the attached connations, however - this particular Chanel perfume was weakest scent of collection unless u carry the bottle with u and constantly spray through the day :/. The other scent I want to try next is Gardenia - much stronger than Beige.
Oh my God, I am so in love with Beige. I think I may have found my 'forever perfume'! It is so bright, has a solar quality to it and needless to say, it smells like money hahaha. I am looking forward to testing no. 22 soon! Nice review, Erin!
Yes, I was thinking the same thing... Beige or the makeup box, but either way it will be a very Chanel Valentine's Day! lol It's such a wonderful scent! xx
Great video! Gardénia is my favorite too, it's one I don't wanna run out of, like, ever. I'll usually be attracted to the floral ones but Gardénia really is outstanding! Bois des Iles would be my next favorite, I love its creamy soft sandalwood so much! Have you seen there will be a new one called Le Lion? Super exciting!
I would LOVE too! I'm sure it will be coming soon :) I love Feve Delicieuse as well! I've heard wonderful things about the Armani Prive exclusive fragrances as well! xx
@@ErinNicoleTV please~~~ i just hop in this video and I love it so much. Thanks a lot for your effort. The video is very informative. All of those lovely stories behind each perfume make me would love to know more. Love from Hong Kong.
Great video! It’s really difficult to describe scents but you’ve captured and described them beautifully! I would love to see a video of your top favorites from this line more in depth and why you like them the most. I’d also love to know which of them are the most wearable / modern in your opinion. I can’t wait to get a chance to smell them all when stores re-open!
Eau de cologne - Boy - Jersey my favorites ! The packaging is so classy The preference for parfums changes with age also ....not only with season or mood Chanel fragrances are nice but light with short “ sillage “ try the hermes range ... Thanks for sharing god bless beautiful angel 👼 💖💝👩🦳😃💐💐💐💐💐
I loved that little set! I know it's been discontinued but I imagine they will come out with something similar at some point and include the new exclusifs! xx
I'm wondering if they do , or will ever do others in the line, for example I have Chanel no 5 in perfume, soap and talc or maybe jyst keep them, as is, so to speak
That’s a good question... maybe one day, but probably not all of them at once. They could possibly feature one fragrance and launch ancillary products for a limited time. A girl can dream... 💕💕💕
HI! I do have a daytime skincare routine video posted but I'll make sure to include skincare prep in my next tutorial! As far as moisturizers are concerned there are so many great ones. I've been really happy with the Dr. Lancer and I'll be trying the new Le Lift soon as well :) xx
Erin I love Eau Tendre is my signature most compliment getter, but everyone has this fragrance, I want something more exclusive I think I might like Gardenia, my skin is very dry, what do you recommend ?
Thank you so much for this video and really all of your fragrance videos. You do a beautiful job describing the scents which is extremely helpful. I too absolutely LOVE and own the Gardenia from Chanel! I tend to use Gabrielle on a daily basis and was hoping you could recommend a House of Sillage scent or Maison Francis Kurkdjian scent.
Cuir de Russe is a smokey(birch tar) leather which was taken from the Russian soldiers boots being polished plus ylang ylang ...you seem to be the only reviewer who seems to emphasize the tobacco note.
I fell in love with Coromandel so much that I bought the 200 ml and 5. 75 ml bottles so I wouldn’t ever run out and a 75 ml bottle of 1957 cause I loved how it smelled on a customer ❤️
I like your video thanks for this lovely review i own and love choromandal and also i purchase misia but it hasn't arrived yet i am so excited also about beige i will put it in my waiting list 😅😅😅
When is the new Chanel La Fleuer et L'eau makeup coming to the USA?! The colors look amazing! Way better than the desert colors for my cool skin. I stumbled on it on Aniko Vida TH-cam channel. I would love to see your review. Than you for all your videos!
I asked when I was in the beauty boutique but they said we wouldn’t get it, Canada and Europe get the same collections but we may never get it in the states. I’m hoping that we actually will (fingers crossed) but it’s not part of the inventory list sadly... we are getting new Soleil tan do Chanel liquid illuminator shades in the summer! Xx
Ciao cara bellissimo viaggio nelle fragranze Chanel:posseggo La Gardenia ,Beige :A Natale ho ricevuto 1957:adoro tutte queste fragranze!Un grosso bacio😘😘

It truly does! Lol I love a fragrance that tells a story 💕 xx
Bel Respiro is my favorite fragrance from this collection. I can't get enough of this fragrance. Truly a masterpiece. Love it!

Again, one of the few videos that explains the how a fragrance is put together and the notes of the fragrance. Well done!
This is one terrific video! One I will refer back to often! Great job💕
Thank you so much Vickie! I always love to learn the stories behind my fragrances so this was really fun to make and share! xx

I agree! 1957 is really beautiful! 💕
Subscribed because of Gardenia😁
My dear lady.....
I do wear Gardenia to work.... magical...

My fave line of any brand!
I used to wear the old version of Chanel #22 as my vacay perfume, trips to Maui, cruises etc. It was advertised as the perfect white flowers fragrance. #5 was my daily fragrance. Yes, I was thinking the same thing... Beige or the makeup box, but either way it will be a very Chanel Valentine's Day! lol It's such a wonderful scent! xx
I really enjoy your videos 😍
Thank you so much! This was a fun one to make! 😘💕
Would love to see this kind of review of the Maison Dior scents like the Feve Delicious which is my current favorite!
Beautiful video, thank you. I adore Sycomore 💗
It's such a special fragrance! xx
Great video next time I’m near a Chanel counter I will smell them all thx😎
Yes you should! They carry this line at Saks Fifth Avenue I believe:) xx
Eau de cologne - Boy - Jersey my favorites !
The packaging is so classy
The preference for parfums changes with age also ....not only with season or mood
Chanel fragrances are nice but light with short “ sillage “ try the hermes range ...
Thanks for sharing god bless beautiful angel 👼 💖💝👩🦳😃💐💐💐💐💐
Those are great favorites! 💕
such a lovely review I cant wait to try them all
I want all of them😉 i hope chanel will propose le coffret des 20 miniatures of parfume again🌹💐🏵
my favorite sre Gardenia, Biege and 1957
Great review! 100% agree! Thank you!
I love watching your video.❤❤❤
Hi there, can you please tell me best moisturizer for dry skin? And can you plz do a video on how you prep your skin before makeup? Thank you 😊
HI! I do have a daytime skincare routine video posted but I'll make sure to include skincare prep in my next tutorial! As far as moisturizers are concerned there are so many great ones. I've been really happy with the Dr. Lancer and I'll be trying the new Le Lift soon as well :) xx
Erin Nicole TV thank you so much 😊
1957 on my wish list for 2020 👍🏻
It's beautiful! I'm so glad I smelled it again! xx
I have Gardenia and 22. This last one reminded me of n°5 l'eau. 1932 is on my wishlist 😊
I do appreciate Beige and Misia, they come just after ^^
Gardenia is the queen, none like her :) I love your other choices too! xx
Erin I love Eau Tendre is my signature most compliment getter, but everyone has this fragrance, I want something more exclusive I think I might like Gardenia, my skin is very dry, what do you recommend ?
Is there any fragrance in this line which dries down to cozy, creamy, vanilla- like feel as we cozy up under a quilt?
I would love for you to do a review of the complete Burberry line. Not that you have to own them all, just with samplers for those you don't own.
You did a great job on this review
I love Beige ❤
Cuir de Russe is a smokey(birch tar) leather which was taken from the Russian soldiers boots being polished plus ylang ylang ...you seem to be the only reviewer who seems to emphasize the tobacco note.
Which one from this line is the best female frag for formal events?
I have no 22 and Gardenia in my collection 😊 and I love love them 😊
Those are two beautiful choices! 💕
1957 OMG !!! So good try it together with Delina people stop me all the time
Oh, indeed not bad combination!😀
I fell in love with Coromandel so much that I bought the 200 ml and 5. 75 ml bottles so I wouldn’t ever run out and a 75 ml bottle of 1957 cause I loved how it smelled on a customer ❤️
Both of those fragrances are stunning! Xx
I purchased Beige and I feel like it smells like Johnson Johnson baby oil/ Power
ThAnks for sharing your experience ❤️
Woah! Sibilance!
Xx
Pink fingernails crossed! Thank you for the info.
