Hi there Ben, love the vid wide brim hat with feather in the side next.. dare you ! i can remember buying cars for £25 and less and still having change left over..thems were the days. ( Hovis advert music playing in background..) keep vids a coming and stay safe, Paul.
When I had my Freelander2 I bought the icarsoft LR V1.0 but I have a 2005 2.7 Range Rover sport now unfortunately it’s in the garage having a replacement gearbox but can you tell me please did the 2005 2.7 Range Rover sport hse have electric folding mirrors if it did is it easy to re sync the mirrors
No evap and no O2 sensors on a diesel, so that's norminal, but it was a bit thin on functions in general. But that being said, I'm ultra disappointed with my Gap IID-Tool (G3) for my L405. Got a license, but can't do nothing! The CCD was just a few functions, like config of towing module, etc. Couldn't see anything regarding the FBH, which was what I needed. (Glow plug failure) My iCarSoft LR II, could at least show me live values, so quite a bit more helpful. Contemplating going fully berserk and ordering an Autel MS906BT, but I'm still sat on the fence.
That doesn't sound too good about the Gap Tool, I know mine works well. Perhaps the L322 has more options that it can get too. Have you contacted Gap Diagnostics?
@@Bensgarage I've heard by the grapevine that there is an alpha or beta out there somewhere, with a bit more functionality. But that info is already a few years old and it has still not ended up as an official build, so... Tried to find that forum post where it was mentioned, but no cigar today.
...and yeah. The options and functionality for my L322 was plentiful. Height calibration is still available for the L405, so that's always something. But there are so many submodules not covered. What you can find in the demo mode is actually what you'll get after getting a license.
You get what you pay for, it does communicate, but it's very limited.
At least you were able to show us another cool hat!
I agree. The hat is about 6dB more functional than the scanner. Even inside the car with the sunroof shut.
I would say it's a lot more useful, especially in the sun.

Thys one??
No mate it’s just basic engine codes
I tested it (6 different cars) and don't give a review. Why? Because it's #@&π
Yes, it's not the best, very basic. Will stick with my iCarsoft and Gap tool.
