Laura, this was AHMAZING! I made it last night and brought it for my coworkers, it was gone by the end of the day. I need to make another batch for my family this weekend because it’s THAT good! Thank you for sharing!! ❤
Thank you Laura. This is one of my new favorite 🤩 so easy to make and the smell that surrounds the kitchen while baking ❤it was hard to wait for it to cool, but OMG..It tastes amazing. The best🎉
I just made these earlier today, and they were delicious! my family and I really enjoyed them, and i plan to make these for some friends! Thanks for the recipe!

I LOOOOVE almond croissants so I couldn't resist making these today! My husband and I are obsessed. Love the chewy texture! Thank you for yet another wonderful recipe - you never miss!
Laura, I just finished making this with the kids and we patiently waited 20 minutes before slicing them so we could try it. They are absolutely delicious. The kids had fun making them and enjoyed eating them. Thank you so much for this recipe, Laura. We Love You 🥰🥰😋😋👍🏻👍🏻
Did you use almond flour with a little flour or did you grind up a cup of almonds and add some flour as the recipe states. I want to make these tomorrow.
@@darlenebrown3993 We used regular flour. For the topping we used ground almonds. I also used a tiny bit of bakers almond emulsion instead of extract. Hope this helps.
These look absolutely delicious, Laura! I’m going to make them for my sister because she is an ALMOND CROISSANT FANATIC. She’ll eat the filling just straight so this is perfect lol
Made this today and my husband & I both liked them very much....My husband said "they're very good" :) Thank you for this fast, easy & delicious recipe.
0:02 Ciao Laura ! 😉 😊
OH MY GOSH GUYS!! All of you who cant wrap their mind around the word "croissant" in the title. Its a blondie based on an almond croissant flavor. The almond paste gives the same FLAVORS!
OH MY GOSH this is perfect I just made your almond crossaint filling yesterday and I froze the leftovers!! This recipe came at such a convenient time !!!
Well I for one am a fan of the name. I love almond croissants so to name it that makes me know exactly what kind of flavor profile this dessert is supposed to be like- which immediately makes me wanna make it!
Hi Laura. Looks like you’re getting some flack about calling this a croissant dessert! But it’s true that the name doesn’t really make sense. But they sure do look awesome. I’ll be making some later today. I don’t care what they’re called!! 😆😆 Many thanks, Laura…….
@Laura in the Kitchen Can you add a little bit of lemon zest to the almond filling of the almond croissant blondies to cut the sweetness of the almond flavour?
QUESTION? Can somebody tell me if the almonds are almonds that you chop up in a food processor or almond flour. Going to make tomorrow and don’t want to mess them up?
Wow! Laura, those look absolutely amazing!! I could smell the delicious aroma from here! :) Listen, folks, I didn't know what an almond croissant was either -- so I looked it up! It is a specific kind of pastry called an Almond Croissant. Has a very specific kind of filling. So it makes perfect sense to name these Almond Croissant Blondies because that's exactly what they are, a combination of the almond croissant filling and blondies. Laura even has a recipe for the original pastry, Episode 964. These look so DELISH, and I'm definitely going to make them. 💖
I wanted to print this off so that I can make it and I am not finding it on your website you have the ingredients listed in the description box but there's no baking temperature or time listed
Laura is referring to the almond cream (classic, French crème d'amande) that fills (and what makes them) 'almond croissants.' It's what she made for the 2nd layer. Chill tf out. 🙄
@@Shelleybean3315 nope. That almond cream is used in several other desserts, such as cakes and tarts. So if she puts chocolate cream instead of almond cream, we can now call it “chocolate croissant blondies”?😂 A croissant is all about the flaky texture.🙄
@sira101 You've clearly never had an almond croissant. Is that why you're so bitter? Also, clearly, you don't know Laura. Our girl would have used a chocolate/hazelnut cream, a la Nutella (not just chocolate) sprinkled with hazelnut pieces, and she would have called them Nutella Blondies, lol! I hope you mend, sweetheart.
