I've told you this before, Christian, but I always relate to you and your dad. I listen to jazz ALL the time. I have gotten my boys (11 and 13) into jazz as well. At night we'll sit in the living room, jazz playing, of course, and I'll go through a pile of my watches with them. It's become something they associate with my watch collection. All things from a time way back.

I absolutely love JLC, as a brand I just think there's so much there to celebrate. A history that's difficult to rival, making movements for the holy trinity and then some, and still producing some of the most subtle and understated but incredible watches today, I can't get enough! So much so in fact, that the Reverso Duoface has recently supplanted the Datejust as my grail watch!
Let the saving begin ;)

You should really consider having Jean Rousseau make a watch pouch for traveling. Something similar to Hodinkees new leather cases. Those are quite nice but I’m sure Jean Rousseau can make something better

Not for nothing, crazy high prices on those JLC's.
For the quality of the watch you get I would say you actually get a lot of JLC for your money! A watch of the same quality, with the same in-house movement, from another brand with similar brand and historic prestige, would probably cost you an extra 50% or so!
Liam McCabe he's referencing the crazy high prices that Christian slapped on these specific watches. I mean, it's par for the course, but still highly annoying.

What happened to the intros?
OMG you spent half the episode talking about your overpriced watch roll. Almost as bad as that 16 minute Johnnie Walker advertisement you put out a few weeks ago. That said, you get a thumbs up because JLC is awesome. Vintage JLC and your appreciation for them is equally awesome. Stick to more of the latter in your episodes, and you'd double your subs.
