I really like your videos! I recommend them to everyone who wants to learn something in terms of Calisthenics. Your style of explaining is kept simple and always used with essential information. I like that a lot! Thanks Simon :)
Just a tip: bar height is almost never an issue. Just raise your bars by placing them on wooden blanks/blocks, books or bricks. ... Problem solved. Thanks for the great video!
Great video! Love the BaseBar unfortunately I'm 6'1 so my butt is still on the ground at full extension when hanging. But I have the BigBar now so I use that for my Pull-ups and core work and the BaseBar for my inverted pulling work.
@@Musashis_Finest hey man it took time but I was slowly seeing results. I have the BigBar now so it's made life 1000 times easier. I use the normal BaseBar for my row movements only
Is parts of the basebar suppose to lose it's black ink like inside the U-shaped bar ? It's not an excessive amount but a good amount of ink lose. Also the basebar came with slight scratches and little bumps all around the basebar. Is this suppose to happen from shipping and is this okay?
so Simonster , you always train at your home with baseblocks or you go to some gym also (for doing skills like human flag) if not , how do you train it at home
You're underrated
So much !!!

Is this safe to leave outside or does it need to be waterproofed

Dig a hole on your backyard, then place the bar over it
Put some books or maybe building blocks under both legs of the bar.
