      Hi, you can use either Dutch or unsweetened cocoa powder.

      Hi, it is better to keep it in the fridge. Maximum of 4 hours in room temp.

      Hi, you can do 3/4 cup of each po. If you use less, there will be a change in consistency/ texture with the end product.

      Hi, the only thing is pwde mo bawasan ung sugar sa recipe na ito. Pwde mo gawin instead of 1 cup of white sugar, gawin mo 3/4 cup lng.
      If you decide to use some sugar alternative like stevia or erythritol, magiiba ang consistency ng recipe.

      Hi, yes imultiply by 2 mo lng yung recipe para madouble. Try to divide the batter into 2 baking pans para ndi masyado matagal ibake. Hope that helps. 😊

      Hello, Maytag convection oven po gamit ko. Cguro sa 30 L na oven 2 trays maximum. D din nmn maganda kung madaming trays, mag-aagawan sa heat ang binebake mo and mas ttgal ang baking time.

      Yes you absolutely can. I would add
      1/4 -1/2 cup of chopped walnuts.

    Is the finish product the same as the one you baked? Seems that the cheesecake magically doubled its size 😁 mas makapal pa si creamcheese kesa sa brownie dun sa finished product

      Sheila Manio Yes, it is. It may seem to have thicker cream cheese filling but honestly it is spread throughout the brownies. Some parts may have thicker brownie part.
      I took the best slice/ s for the thumbnail for aesthetic purposes.

    Hi! I followed your recipe po. Nung nilabas ko na sa oven, dry and firm to touch na po ung top and clean naman sa toothpick test. After placing it on the frigde naman, soft na may pagka-goey ang left side (then the right side is firm not goey but fudgy). Bakit po kaya nagkaganon ung left side? Possible po bang underbake ang left side and luto naman ang right side?

      Hello, sometimes kelangan mo icheck ang oven mo, minsan mas mainit ung right side or left side(pero this is very uncommon) or minsan nmn mas mainit ung bottom compared to the top part of the oven. Pwde din nmn na bka uneven ung pagkakalagay ng brownie + cheesecake batter, bka mas makapal ung sa left side kaya mejo underbaked sya compared to the right. Make sure then to preheat the oven 10-15 minutes before putting the batter para sure na nreach na ang desired temperature.
