I am actually seeing a tiny muscle pop out on my side thigh! I can’t lose any weight no matter what I try it seems. 52 and it is harder to lose. I have 25 to lose but seeing these little definition popping up is exciting to FINALLY see! I will do this series over and add more walking

This workout made me realize that I prefer compound exercises over isolation exercises. I've made up my mind and decided that I'll be repeating this one over and over and use it to increase my strength until I can match your weights.
This is my favorite workout day from this series because you can really use heavier weights here due to how it's structured with all the compound lifts and longer rest periods

You go superwoman💪💪 sounds you had an awesome work out. A brilliant full body in the series. I loved this didn't go heavy like Caroline. Used 20kg for goblet squats, 10 for shoulder press 12.5 for chest press and 15kg for everything else. Add on done too. Cardio workout and that was so tough as legs were gone in first session but got it done. I was thankful too that Bulgarian lunges were b/w and loved straight into push ups. I had serious effort to stay upright off the floor for pushups. Overall feelling the love now after that workout 😜have a great weekend 😊

Not for those who like loads of variety, but for me it what perfect and summed up what I wanted iron to be...slow, controlled, focused moves with no intentional cardio (though the lunges did bring the HR up) Did my own add on. This feels so good!!! Loved this full body! I am truly impressed by Caroline's strength...she presses 20 kg while I struggle with 10 kg, but yesterday I manage to do 2 pull-ups without even trying before, so I am really happy with where I am now! :) Thank you, Caroline, for another awesome workout!
I just loved this workout so much!! Hi, when I first started working out 🏋️♀️ with Carolyn, I barely could do a push push up, first workout I could barely walk the next day! 30 days later I can do a push up and I’m not as sore when I work out! Woow and sixth week is so close to be DONE! I will start this series again next week with more heavy weights, this series will fit very good before my holidays then I will finish epic heat that I was doing before iron series started. I loved this one!!!! I got to really see how heavy I could go. I have been strictly doing your videos now for a few months and can say I am hooked. I haven't been back to the gym since I started! My results and strength keep improving! I just love you and thank you for all you do with your channel. You are helping so many people!
Done with 15kg dumbbells for the shoulder presses and 20kg dumbbells for everything else! And I did end up substituting the pullovers for neutral grip pull-ups... they soon became very tough because the RDLs didn't allow my lats to recover that much! Didn't have time to do the add-on cardio but I might try and see if I can fit it in tomorrow for an active rest day!
This IRON series has been so good for me! I don't have a lot of time to workout & shower while my kids nap so these shorter workouts have been perfect for me! Thanks Caroline for your hard work 🙏💕
I really loved this full body workout. I'm not really a fan of Full Body Fridays in general (I know shame on me!) but I do like this format. I'm just not keen on the cardio and combo movements and the "heavy on legs" ones. This was a great mix today. I did the add on cardio and I really am a fan of THAT format for the combo workouts using the lighter dumbbells ... although the body was feeling it after the solid hypertrophy day 29 workout!
I love noticing the placement of your feet during this Iron series (in relation to the mat) I found it helped me take note of my feet and knees, then overall form - from sqats to bentover rows. This series I seemed to work my muscles moreso than just doing the reps - (mind muscle connection, I'm guessing.) But I've really loved grinding away, getting so much stronger. Thanks CG. PS, another great top - killing the fashion too.
Brilliant exercise format : upper vs lower👍🤩 slow and in control still makes the heartrate! Enjoyed to the fullest! As for me, all of your series were such a support for my love for running- strength endurance pushing the limits hitting and breaking fire walls and the greatest routine along with the tips ☘🍀☘🦋and learning how to pace myself and take those needed rest days🦋thank you so much Caroline, you are the one the best💎💎💎💎💎 enjoy the workout everyone, it's amazing 👍

Thank you for all the wonderful workouts. I have done particularly well with this series, getting stronger. When I started two years ago, I used 3, 5, and 8 pound weights. Now I am using 15 and 20 pound weights, with 20 most of the time. I feel I am ready to go up again after this series, starting to work with 25 pounds. I requested 25 pound dumbbells for my approaching birthday. Thanks again.
Possibly my most favourite full body work out in a long while! Time went fast - the exercises were just perfect. Used 15kg each and 18kg each (used 15kg 2nd set of lunges tho as my grip was shot)! I can't believe we are almost at the end of this series and what a great series it has been to slow the movements down, use that full 60 seconds, lift a bit heavier and get that mind/muscle connection happening!!! Cannot thank you enough caroline!!!

Did it! I thought I would struggle with the shoulder presses at 15kg for 3 rounds but remembered I’d just done 6 x 60 seconds Arnold presses at 12.5 kg in a previous workout so nailed it. Did 2 x 20 for the RDLs, could’ve have done 25kg for the pull overs but didn’t have time to switch weights so did 20 kg, and otherwise stayed with you!!! 😅
This is my favorite series so far! The intense but short workouts have elevated my definition and my abs are popping out for summer :) can't wait to see what's next!!

Love love Friday workouts. I used 2x12.5kg dumbbells for the upper body workouts and 2x17.5kg for the lower body workouts. I will definitely redo this workout and go heavier next time around. I enjoyed it. Add on 20 Minute Sweaty Dumbbell cardio. I had forgotten how tough this was, I was dripping with sweat no joke. Happy weekend to you all. I am actually seeing a tiny muscle pop out on my side thigh! I can’t lose any weight no matter what I try it seems. 52 and it is harder to lose. I have 25 to lose but seeing these little definition popping up is exciting to FINALLY see! I will do this series over and add more walking

This workout made me realize that I prefer compound exercises over isolation exercises. I've made up my mind and decided that I'll be repeating this one over and over and use it to increase my strength until I can match your weights.
One more day and that’s another fabulous program done. That was done with nothing lighter than 10kg! I can’t believe it 😮
This is my favorite workout day from this series because you can really use heavier weights here due to how it's structured with all the compound lifts and longer rest periods

You go superwoman💪💪 sounds you had an awesome work out. A brilliant full body in the series. I loved this didn't go heavy like Caroline. Used 20kg for goblet squats, 10 for shoulder press 12.5 for chest press and 15kg for everything else. Add on done too. Cardio workout and that was so tough as legs were gone in first session but got it done. I was thankful too that Bulgarian lunges were b/w and loved straight into push ups. I had serious effort to stay upright off the floor for pushups. Overall feelling the love now after that workout 😜have a great weekend 😊

Not for those who like loads of variety, but for me it what perfect and summed up what I wanted iron to be...slow, controlled, focused moves with no intentional cardio (though the lunges did bring the HR up) Did my own add on. This feels so good!!! Loved this full body! I am truly impressed by Caroline's strength...she presses 20 kg while I struggle with 10 kg, but yesterday I manage to do 2 pull-ups without even trying before, so I am really happy with where I am now! :) Thank you, Caroline, for another awesome workout!
I just loved this workout so much!! Hi, when I first started working out 🏋️♀️ with Carolyn, I barely could do a push push up, first workout I could barely walk the next day! 30 days later I can do a push up and I’m not as sore when I work out! Woow and sixth week is so close to be DONE! I will start this series again next week with more heavy weights, this series will fit very good before my holidays then I will finish epic heat that I was doing before iron series started. Done with 15kg dumbbells for the shoulder presses and 20kg dumbbells for everything else! And I did end up substituting the pullovers for neutral grip pull-ups... they soon became very tough because the RDLs didn't allow my lats to recover that much!
Didn't have time to do the add-on cardio but I might try and see if I can fit it in tomorrow for an active rest day!
This IRON series has been so good for me! I don't have a lot of time to workout & shower while my kids nap so these shorter workouts have been perfect for me! Thanks Caroline for your hard work 🙏💕

I really loved this full body workout. I'm not really a fan of Full Body Fridays in general (I know shame on me!) but I do like this format. I'm just not keen on the cardio and combo movements and the "heavy on legs" ones. This was a great mix today. I did the add on cardio and I really am a fan of THAT format for the combo workouts using the lighter dumbbells ... although the body was feeling it after the solid hypertrophy day 29 workout!
I love noticing the placement of your feet during this Iron series (in relation to the mat)
I found it helped me take note of my feet and knees, then overall form - from sqats to bentover rows.
This series I seemed to work my muscles moreso than just doing the reps - (mind muscle connection, I'm guessing.)
But I've really loved grinding away, getting so much stronger.

Brilliant exercise format : upper vs lower👍🤩 slow and in control still makes the heartrate! Enjoyed to the fullest! As for me, all of your series were such a support for my love for running- strength endurance pushing the limits hitting and breaking fire walls and the greatest routine along with the tips ☘🍀☘🦋and learning how to pace myself and take those needed rest days🦋thank you so much Caroline, you are the one the best💎💎💎💎💎 enjoy the workout everyone, it's amazing 👍

Thank you for all the wonderful workouts. I have done particularly well with this series, getting stronger. When I started two years ago, I used 3, 5, and 8 pound weights. Now I am using 15 and 20 pound weights, with 20 most of the time. I feel I am ready to go up again after this series, starting to work with 25 pounds. I requested 25 pound dumbbells for my approaching birthday. Thanks again.

Possibly my most favourite full body work out in a long while! Time went fast - the exercises were just perfect. Used 15kg each and 18kg each (used 15kg 2nd set of lunges tho as my grip was shot)! I can't believe we are almost at the end of this series and what a great series it has been to slow the movements down, use that full 60 seconds, lift a bit heavier and get that mind/muscle connection happening!!! Cannot thank you enough caroline!!!
Redid this one! Last one of my repeat of Iron! Used 20.5kg and 15kg. Still one of my favourite work outs and was happy to attempt the 20.5kg weights!!

Did it! I thought I would struggle with the shoulder presses at 15kg for 3 rounds but remembered I’d just done 6 x 60 seconds Arnold presses at 12.5 kg in a previous workout so nailed it. Did 2 x 20 for the RDLs, could’ve have done 25kg for the pull overs but didn’t have time to switch weights so did 20 kg, and otherwise stayed with you!!! 😅

This is my favorite series so far! The intense but short workouts have elevated my definition and my abs are popping out for summer :) can't wait to see what's next!!

Love love Friday workouts. I used 2x12.5kg dumbbells for the upper body workouts and 2x17.5kg for the lower body workouts. I will definitely redo this workout and go heavier next time around. I enjoyed it. Add on 20 Minute Sweaty Dumbbell cardio. I had forgotten how tough this was, I was dripping with sweat no joke. Happy weekend to you all.
Looking forward to Sunday and NO I am not sad the Iron series is ending, we have loads of workouts to choose from. And I am sure Caroline will be posting once in a while. 💖💖

Hi Mireille...yes isn’t Friday full body a real highlight for so many of us! I find it makes such a perfect start to the weekend! I really enjoyed today’s session...I did it with my heaviest weights which are 12.5 kg! Then straight into the add on which I thought was the perfect way to round things off...lighter weights but faster moves...a perfect contrast! Hope you have a fantastic workout today! Matthew

This is my 5th cycle of IRON series, the 1st time I completed this session I was super proud of myself with 5kg
