Hi Quintin, You want to run forward and have it automatically cut off when it hits the forward limit and reverse until it hits it's limit - correct? If so, you want this video: th-cam.com/video/lE8EA7NzQDM/w-d-xo.html and simply put N.C. Limit Switches inline with the two switches.
