Thank you for the video. Can you tell me what type of potentiometer should I use for this type of application?

Any half-way decent 5K Pot will work fine. The one used in the video is part number: ECX2300-5K at www.automationdirect.com.

Do you know if I can use the analog Vref to power an arduino?

Hi Luciano, The 10 Vdc reference voltage is intended for a potentiometer, but you could use it for other things as long as you don't exceed the 50mA limit. An Arduino can draw up to 200mA, so it really depends on your applciation.

    I'm looking for a simple 110V input (60hz)... and a 3-phase 110V output (400hz). The power requirement is minimal (1/4hp is PLENTY).
Would the WEG CFW100 VFD (Gen 2 Series) be the best option, or is there something else better suited?
Is there *ANY* other hardware that would be needed to operate?

Thanks you for viewing. Unfortunately we have no drives with this output.

What value potentiometer do you need for the cfw300?

@Jon Skelton, a 5K potentiometer was used in this example. AutomationDirect sells the one used in this video: ECX2300-5K.
