Airfried perfect steak in the Philips Airfryer XXL Digital HD9861/99 with Smart Sensing Technology. I am also using a wireless meat probe to get the perfect doneness.
This has been a live saver during the school holidays and over the lockdown. So easy to make and yet or delicious. They are finger licking good. They are also great for school lunches. Air fryer express lunch box.

Airfried Simple Frankfurt mini sausage in puff pastry recipe
Ingredients:
1 Puff pastry sheet - 8 mini Frankfurt sausages
Shredded cheese (optional)
1 Egg
Sesame seeds (optional)
Directions:
1. Thawed frozen puff pastry for 10-15 minutes.
2. Cut pastry in 8s.
3. Brush end with beaten egg.
5. Place sausage and cheese (optional) and roll tightly.
6. Brush top with egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
7. Airfried at 175°C for 12 - 14 minutes.
8. Serve hot with tomato sauce and mustard sauce.
These are good. Crispy pastry with Frankfurt sausage.
