Great content on absentee and boomers. Ive heard it before but this really seals it, key words for me were less competition. EXPIREDS and FSBOs are flooded right now.

What dialers give the most accurate numbers for absentee owners? I use Cole Realty Resource but there is a very limited amount of phone numbers in there.

In my market area which is Long Island I’m finding a lot of these rental properties have renters in them that have not paid rent in a year because of the pandemic, now sellers are trying to sell these homes with on a walk with renters call Matt allow showings the new buyers are responsible for the eviction
I’m getting the most odd feeling of Deja Vu from this video. Like I swear I just listened to this a week or two ago. Without stefanies face in the video that is. I remember hearing her voice, but don’t remember her face being on the video. Am I going nuts?
