I am inquiring with Banner Season with this program set up. I'm so confused since Frank, chat help, said he has no clue about remarketingstore. He thinks it's something your team set up. Regardless, I am interested on what Steve does. How do I go about to do that? Postcards sent to fsbo, etc. Thank you in advance.

Here in Connecticut and New York calling FSBO's on the do not call list ( over 98%) could cost my company 10K per violation. Can the program mailings using Banner Season be the initial contact? I've been doing packets with the pictures of the home for expired for about 2 years. I put a SOLD sign in front of the house and that's the picture they see on the packet. People love that you customize your presentation to them. I love that you give this information away, I've paid a LOT of money to have coaches teach me how to close 100+ deals a year

I love this and I’d like to say that this was most effective for me as a prior seller. As soon as I knew I was going to be listing my home I started to save all the postcards or letters coming in and started calling realtors for quotes and made appointments from there. Also, I just received an envelope with my house on the outside of the envelope. It really impressed me- it was gorgeous and almost brought tears of my house when I saw my previous house. However, it was an appeal to me for the current house with a picture of the house I just sold. I don’t know if that was the plan but basically my point is it caught my attention. Another reason this campaign sounds great to me is bc I’m the person that hates phone calls and I never answer them. Love this teaching Brandon.., I’m still in RE school but I’m looking forward to starting your program soon after. Thank you!

Yes you can. DNC is “do not call”

could you be successful doing this with only a $100/month budget to start with? obviously scaling that if you make sales but to start? especially for newer agents who don't have that income to start with!
This direct mail strategy should support your prospecting efforts. You should NOT just do direct mail only.

I don’t quite understand this program. We get to send out mailers for free in an automatic system designed by someone else ? My company we can design and send our mailers, we pay for the order we make but not for any programs

Do you find Banner Season effective for sending mailing pieces to everyone in a neighbourhood (say 500-1000 homes) do you find it would get too expensive this way
Yes but if you use the postcards under the gold plan, the postcards are free and makes mailing to a neighborhood simple and cost effective
Brandon Mulrenin I’m in Canada and after doing some research it’s going to cost about $1.50 for postage charges on every postcard with this gold plan, so it can get on the pricier side doing this constantly

I used to get direct mail with a picture of my house and before I would go into my home from my mail box, I make a quick stop at the trash can.
Yes I agree with you and so does about 95% of the world. However, if you get a 5% response rate from 1,000 mailers and get 5-7 listing appointments, I’m good with that. Would this be worth it for you?
