This one was a lot of work but the guy who commissioned it was really happy with it so that made it all work it.

How do you not get the marks from cutting on the wood? Just tried one and you could see the outline where i cut it out
Cut with enough force to go through the tape but not too deeply in to the wood. Also don't go past your lines try to stay on them as best you can. Make sure you use a sharp blade too makes it easier and cleaner to cut.
Dan, how did you get the large logo stencil?
I use the settings on my printer to enlarge it. Most printers have a "tiling" feature or "poster" feature that prints out images on more than one sheet of paper this setting can usually be found in the "Advanced" settings of most printers. Here is a link to a write up that explains how I do it. Its a long read but its pretty thorough.
