The best part about this is the fact that he says his opponents mash and spam but when you watch the replays where you can see his inputs, you can clearly see that he is mashing and spamming. Too bad he wage quit Gout Fist 8, the salt levels have been insanely high!

If you know how to tech that throw, you've just shut down about 50% of his damage potential.

The reason people don't duck it is because B22 CAN be a true 50/50 and be switched to B21 which is a giant launcher. You really don't want to get hit by either so you have to really expect the B22 or just block

I know, Phil doesn't seem to mix them very often tho. There are clips where you can see his opponents blocking them four times in a row and never even trying to duck punish once. I was mostly talking about them.
