Yeah I think I've only seen Philliam use MAYBE 4 or 5 combos total, including basic strings he spams.

@@callmefreeze True. But he repeats the same moves and most of his opponents don't know how to block and punish them at all. He keeps spamming Paul's d+1+2 which is -16 on block and no one punishes it at all.

The only combo dsp has never dropped is the lean + ban combo.
Actually he's fairly proficient at the Ear pick -> Pant wipe combo. Oh, plus the Gin Sip -> Chew -> Lip Smack combo. He's great at those.
I love how he complains he doesnt know character knowledge for the new characters and then says the same thing for legacy characters like "Jin" the excuses never stop for pig roach 🤣

I'm the smallest, microscopic but of fairness, I've seen at least one instance in his videos where the was 56 ms ping and maybe 1 frame of rollback, but the character animations looked slow and jittery. But the VAST majority is still him just coping and saying the numbers on the screen are lying.

I was able to see the replays myself, and indeed, he spams shoulder on hit. Probably expecting people to not know their offense. Also every move he pulls is punishable af, phil hasn't done his homework
11:29 Kazuya's Hell sweep is 16 frames, it's an unseeable low, you can't block it on reaction, just like Paul's d+4,2,1+2, Demo man, a 15 frame Hell sweep that dave spams. Even though "Hell sweep" is one of Kazuya's moves it is used to describe any low that is unreactable, knocks down, and is launch punishable, most characters have a hell sweep style move.
He lost to that Kazuya, who genuinely looks like one of the worst players in that rank.
For the ones that don't know, on the fake demoman he does you can duck the 3rd hit instead of leaving you 3m away. I don't think he knows you can do that

He's always played fighting games. He's always been this terrible at them, too. He used to claim that he was the #1 Street Fighter 2 Turbo player in America because he got 4th place at evo one time (what he never told anyone was all that only happened because the actual top players boycotted the event when they found out the port they were going to use was literally a broken shitfest, so the real good players weren't even there). At the same time he was making those claims, you could go to youtube and find TIHYDP Street Fighter 4 videos that were hours long and perfectly showcased his lack of character knowledge, matchup knowledge, frame data knowledge and terrible execution. That was back when he still recorded his tv with a camera and you could hear him mashing buttons in the background most of the time lol
To be honest he's playing a little better in this game, than how he was in TTT2, Tekken Revolution and Tekken 7.
Which isn't saying much, Philbert still is terrible at the game
