@@iamcoachz thanks Ma’am. the interview went smooth as I’ve also prayed about it. i had actually to think twice if i need to pursue it bec my interview was rescheduled 3x 🙂originally my sched was supposedly Monday but since i have no headset and earphones not accepted, i was rescheduled Thursday at 6AM (my brother brought me one MONDAY 7PM) then came 6AM, due to zoom’s issue i was rescheduled again Friday (yesterday) at 8AM, then another resched at 1PM,by 3PM i got a congratulatory email from them 🙂 super Yey and thank God and to this video. Pls keep on sharing your tips about VA ma’am and will be glad to watch it 🙂

I'll be having my initial interview tonight but I have no relative working experience. I'll be interviewed by a company's recruiter because it is not a direct interview with a client. I heard once you passed the initial interview, You'll be having a week unpaid training. After that, you will be endorsed to clients for the final interview.
Thank you so much for this. 😍 I hope I will get the job. I applied last Nov. 2 and they sent me (Nov. 14) an email saying that I passed the initial screening. But I just noticed their email today (Nov. 16) because I was busy these past few days. I hope they will still consider me despite of the 2 days delay of my response that serves as my attendance. Now, I'm waiting for the schedule for my initial interview if ever they will consider my late response. Due to the number of applicants, they couldn't schedule me right away. They just recently held a job fair and I applied online through their link. I hope and I pray that my nerves won't eat me when the time comes. 😭 I tend to have a mental block. I also can't express my thoughts properly because of my nerves and being so conscious with my words. 😭

As a beginner If the client asks, please share the experience then in this situation what should I do? Because I have complete knowledge but no experience most of the client reject if no have an experience Please some tips & tricks on how can I convince him.

The thing is, I have no relative work experience when it comes to fields that are endorsed on their website, such as marketing, sales and real estate. My last job is about being an administrative assistant which entitles me to expense reports and payroll, as well as random job assigned to me by my employer. Is there any way that I can market those job description into a category?
Hi Angelica! Before anything else, congratulations on taking one step forward in starting your VA business! To answer your question, some real estate VA's actually help in finances such as expense reports and payroll. So I think you could use that to market your service. Although, it's still best to learn some more technical skills should you want to position yourself as a specialized VA unless you'd find clients who would be willing to provide training to help you finish specific tasks. I hope this helps!
