Hi coach! New subscriber here in your channel, hope you give my question an attention. I don't know if you already made a video regarding what are the informations need to put in the resume if I have a Call Center experience, I've been the BPO for 3yrs now and I wanted to become a VA full-time.
You can just state your BPO experience and spotlight the skills you have from that work.🤗 Hope that helps! Thank you too for subscribing!
hi coach I would like to ask for an answer regarding this Q: How long have you been a VA?. And it stated in your resume that you have no experience in VA at all?
Hi, Sandy! I think I answered this in one my previous videos na. I’d tell the client that yes, I have no experience yet but have enrolled in a course and religiously implemented the strategies and techniques that made me well equipped to provide (mention results) for my future clients. I believe that a VA’s capability should not only be measured by experience but should be based on the skills, work ethic and commitment. Something like that😉

Coach, what if the supervisor or company didn't give most of the support that you need, and there's always a delay and dispute with the salary? Issues weren't addressed accordingly. How would you say that during the interview?
Hi Julius! Sorry for the delay in my response. Better to not mention any of this unless really asked. Answer it in a way that you’re not badmouthing the former employer/client. You can simply say ‘it didn’t work out due to some company irregularities’ something like thatz
