How to Remove and Clean the Air Intake Manifold - Toyota Wigo, Agya, Daihatsu Ayla, Perodua Axia

Step by step video tutorial on removing, cleaning the air intake inlet and rubber gasket replacement.
Torque specifications for KR engines:
Intake manifold bolts - 30nm
Intake manifold nuts - 30nm
Intake manifold stay bolts - 21nm
Fuel delivery pipe bolts - 27nm
Throttle body bolts - 10nm

i suggest you start with simple auto DIYs PMS muns then work your way up. study the videos several times to build your confidence, get the right tools/products then set the PMS project, sayang kase, ito din yung susundan ng mekaniko from any auto shops. mahal na ang singil and hindi ka pa sigurado kung nagawa ng tama.

i'm not sure i understand your question. hindi sya set in a way that you can buy all the tools that you need for this project in a single purchase or one box/package. on the other hand, set sya in a way that it's a group of tools for this pms.

start with cleaning the throttle body. pero if you want to get rid of the hesitation in acceleration, clean and replace the engine air filter box and filter, clean the fuel injectors and intake manifold.

@@WigoRaizeTV I asked po kasi pag going to a full stop from 40kph and above bumabagsak yung idling to 500rpm (pag naka D, automatic) pero pag nilipat sa N bago tumigil is normal naman.

pwede naman. buy the intake and throttle body gaskets from any toyota dealer (parts section). it took more than a month before i got the parts from them. wala pa kase sa lazada or shopee. once may gaskets ka na, we can sched it.

according to the owner's manual, when you turn the electronic power steering wheel too much, the eps indicator will light up and titigas yung manibela but after 10 seconds mawawala din.sabi sa owner's manual, it's not a malfunction but normal. i suggest when that happens you stop turning the steering wheel (if you can) for a few seconds.

I tried it na sir and ganun pa din. Na pa check ko na sa casa and after nila e scan, wala naman daw lumabas. They suggested to change my battery and after I change it, ganun pa din. Mga 1 week ko na dinadrive na tumitigas ang steering wheel at umiilaw ang EPS
