Santana and Eric Clapton just a killer combination of unique style and sound. This is one hell of a phenomenal concert 🎉🎉. Santana and Eric are 2 iconic guitar players and the sound is indescribably insane the way this sounds,it's freaking amazing and sick how this performance is
Eric can improvise any song a master of the art
He watches every other player when he gets the chance. Its like he is always wanting to learn.
You do realize that Black Magic Woman and the Thrill Is Gone have the same chord progression. The same four chords are played exactly the same way. So Eric knows the song well.
@KingKull1971 yes, but he can add so much more in an improvisational manner.
@@KingKull1971 Black Magic Woman and the Thrill Is Gone do not have the same chord progression
@mrsatire9475 Yes, they do. Sorry to burst your bubble
Peter Green The Man! Style, soul & spirit. Plus such a distinctive voice!
This is a man I have loved for years and this song.
Due giganti
Both of them still have the stuff that made them in the first place. I am so happy to see Carlos and Eric !!!! Sing it Eric. Carlos keep on your playing your music ❤😊
All of Carlos music brings back so many many memories for me. You can instantly hear the music from Carlos, he is poignant and unique. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
It was written by Peter Green of Fleetwood Mac
My fathers eyes, 2024 what a blessing
RIP Peter Green..thanks for this!
PETER GREEN was a Blues Master❤
I’ve had the privilege of seeing and listening to Peter Green, who wrote this song, amazingly supporting John Mayall, in Halifax Victoria Theatre, England, Carlos Santana at the Manchester Apollo and Eric Clapton at the Manchester Arena, where I also saw BB King on the same bill as Gary Moore, that’s some guitar talent !
PETER GREEN💖
Must of been 1 hell of a concert ,show! Epic, legendary and both awesome musicians, especially the guitar!
I was there; I’ll never forget it.Two nights of incredible performances.
@@suzywalsh7906 your so lucky!! Musically BLESSED, 2 of my favorites! Aloha from Hawaii, Carlos has a home here! Peace!
@@suzywalsh7906me too! Travel from South America to see these two geniuses. unforgettable!
What a lovely combination of guitars and triples and judg . Guitars speak . Thank you for sharing. Eric Clapton's songs are beautiful. That's music.
@JohnMoris-wb4vc I am fine by God's grace. Though I don't know you ..Thank you 🙏
Carlos your superb playing and distinct sounds are amazing awesome you right you have left a epic impression on everyone world wide muchas gracias
Carlos has his back to audience the whole time!
I agree.
Very unprofessional, and he doesn't want to communicate with Clapton for some reason.
No,... I've watched Santana for years,... & that is his style. He turns towards his band often times, & that's how he connects w/ the music, more than just facing the audience, which is also does, but eventually he turns back to the band.
Happy to say I watched them both. Eric i London , Santana in Malta
You have seen legends in concert!!
@@DJGerryfromStarlightMusic Bob dylan saw him twice. Once in Bristol as well , with Dire Straights.
Love it great too see Carlos and Eric rock out! ☮️👌☮️

@SophieBelleClapton 😍
@SophieBelleClaptonFrom 70 is last century, when I was high school girl.I saw his concert (80 is) ,when he was in Belgrade -it wasn t good organised, small Hall for so many people,he played alone.I was on the first raw in front of the stage and was afraid in case come pushing forwards...
I used to live in London,(knew Fleent who knows Eric )and heard nice story about him.
He has something (enough to be star) and each song performed by him is predestiniert to succes. He understand evrething without saying anything. Now he is very proud of his family as before he was proud of his carriera. You are so lovely girl !
Black magic women my favorite lead Guitar 😂⚡🇨🇦🎶🇺🇸🌐

Eric Clapton and Santana. Wow! Awesome
Respect!🫡👍👍👍👍👍🤝🇲🇩
❤❤❤those 2 amazing team❤😊🎉❤
Rock Royalty!!! Soaring guitars. Eric makes it look so simple, so effortless. And Carlos, what can I say. He takes you on a roller coaster ride.
Bravo! Nice to hear this song as we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Viva la raza!
Well stated!! Happy Heritage Month to all!!
Clapton does look effortless because he is doing nothing but trying to find a place on the neck where Carlos is playing.
@@roblarson9065 lol. Perhaps! Funny observation. Kind regards.

ROCK 🎸 LEGENDS
A British and a Mexican delight us with their live music.
OH YES!!!😃👍This was so AMAZING to WATCH and LISTEN TOO!!!❤️🤗❤️
Today's guitarists--learn from the masters!
Sound great , true classic song.
Woof! Great stuff! Thank you!
Glad you liked it too!!😎👍
And they gave credit to Peter Greene. (And Fleetwood Mac)
I was lucky to get two set lists from Santana at this crossroads festival!
Santana's music talked me down from an eight way hit of organic mescaline in the early seventies. Thank you Carlos and band for bringing me back.
Slowhand ❤.

You are very welcome. I am glad you to see this amazing collaboration.
Great stuff!
Mi ma tiene 94 años es fan de Santana y The Cream.
This song is an original song of Peter Green of the early Fleetwood Mac. RIP Peter Green.
Yes by Peter Green and the original is so bluesy…He was a great guitarist. Albatross is another great song by him among others…
Indeed! Actually, Clapton released his own version of this song on the 2021 album "Lady In the Balcony," which is an unplugged live performance. Clapton says at the intro "This one's for Peter." I play it on my station.
@@modernretroradio993 Awesome! Good man!
@@antoniodelrey164 Would love to hear a remake of Albatross done by Santana.
Peter was brilliant……. He is the forgotten hero of this song…..RIP
Great guys both some of the best ever!❤
2 genios juntos .Un placer para los oídos .
Fabulous!
Dos Super dotados de la musica e insuperables artistas. Leyendas para Siempre!!!
Original version written by Peter Green while in Fleetwood Mac w/ the arrangement & feel based on the Beano version of All My Love (which featured Eric Clapton on guitar); Santana didn't seem interested in engaging Clapton in some guitar interplay, only looked his way to point out he missed his cue to start singing the final verse (backup singer took the bull by the horns).
Peter Green had an amazing raw style. Sadly missed
2:20 BMW is a direct ripoff of “TheSuper Natural” which is Peter Green l’s playing on the Hard Road album with John Mayall. Credit to young Carlos for stealing good stuff.
Dancing is good for the soul.
The best thing here is the percusion... tremendous sense of rhythm.
😮😮Sempre Surpreendente....Maravilhosoo
Te esperamos no Brasil...😮😮❤

I love good music
So good
❤
It was written by Peter Green of Fleetwood Mac
They sure have❤️
Encontro de gigantes❤
awesome😊
Shows very Good
🙏🙏😮😮🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Glad you liked it. Viva Brazil Amiga!!
5:53 Jimi Hendrix’s 3rd Stone From The Sun tease
Yes, nice little touch that.
Damn if that ain't a moment in time.
The lady did what was required on drums too.
The drummer is Carlos’s wife, I think.
I liked the tribute to Hendrix with the phrases from 3rd Stone From The Sun starting at 5:55
🎶💞
damn!
Magic Men
Nice guys 👍👍👍
I used to run into Carlos, and his son at a bleakest place in Sausalito!
Two of my all time favorites!
