We have installed 36w uv light for our fish tank. And we have connected 600lph motor for water circulation. So i just wanted to know is it okay. Is that water flow is too much speed or slow for 36w uv light. How can we calculate that

Nope is not bad but you need a carbon filter

UV treatment is 1 of several treatment steps needed for purifying water for your fish.
I am investigating this for my Tilapia production facility. This however would be great to have after your box filter on your aquarium that is fed water from your undergravel filter.
My point is you need several steps to keep the water healthy.
