Great video! The Rhino looks awesome, especially all the versatility aside from belt squats. I loved doing belt squats for a few years. I wish I had the Rhino, but the Bells of Steel one I had with the Rogue multi belt worked pretty well. My only problem was it started to hurt my right hip every time I'd use it and it would take me up to 3 weeks for the pain to go away. I ended up selling it and buying the Powertec Leg Press and my hip feels much better now.

You can also replace the uprights with full length rack uprights, put a crossmember on top since it is the same width as a rogue rack, and attach a multi-grip pullup bar or adjustable pull-up handles and do weighted pullups. The biggest thing holding me back from getting one of these is figuring out what else I should get to reach 5k for free shipping. Given the promo videos for this thing, it seems like Rogue expects people to get the Vertical Plate Tree 2.0 with wheels and a 1018.5LB Calibrated Plate Set which just so happens to bring the total to exactly 5k -- but unless this thing eats plates like a Pit Shark that seems a tad excessive. Love your channel - I have some thoughts that you might appreciate:
    1) On the Box Squats aka Bench Squats, when squatting down, never ever ever rest your but on the pad - as soon as you feel your but just touch the pad, go right back up again.
These are NOT Squat Down - Rest - Squat Up Squats.
We train to make exercises harder Not easier (If you want faster better muscle growth gains).
    2) Try to do the squats with your hand under the handles (meaning: palms up) to ONLY stabilize yourself instead of on top of the handles, you'd be surprised on how much you are actually helping yourself with your hands.
MUSCULAR FAILURE, or darn close to failure and I go at least 2" below parallel. I do not have to do any concentrated glute work because I do such a perfect squat, to where at the bottom of the squat I actually pause for about 3 seconds and then go back up. Also on the way up you can try to NOT lock your knees.
I see that you're a more advanced trainer so I suggest not ever doing box squats - except if you're getting over an injury.
Myself as an example I weighed 185lbs and squatted 405 for 10 reps and paused at the bottom 2" below parallel. I now weigh 199 at 5'11"
The freakiest thing is to watch the bar bounce up and down while squatting, quite the distraction with a Gorilla on your back.
I sometimes had to rest 30 minutes after a leg workout because I literally could not walk let alone drive my car home from Gold's Gym
This Gold's Gym was awesome because I got advice from actual Pro Bodybuilders and Power lifters, I was 15 when I learned all I need to know now. It was a gym where - If you had small legs and a big upper body you would be kicked out and or MADE to TRAIN LEGS for risk of constant verbal torment from the bodybuilders.

A belt squat is often a complete unnecessary/bad investment for a home gym!
A flywheel box is so much better in comparisson! The advantages of a flywheel are enormously.
    - better strength/power and hypertrophy stimuli!! biggest advantage by far.
    - lower cost
    - more versatile for horizontal pulling exercises (wall mounted flywheel)
    - takes a lot less space
    - is very portable and stowable because of the very low weight and space!!
    - generally more safe
    Flywheel >> belt squat
